Cet hôtel est tenue par un manager inexistant qu'il faut joindre au téléphone chaque fois qu'il est nécessaire car les deux vieux messieurs qui sont là le jour et la nuit et qui en passant sont très gentils ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais ! A part la situation de l'hôtel qui est vraiment bien le reste c'est une horreur. Et en prime on a les moustiques. Les salles de bains sont très sale pour ne pas dire crasseuses et en ruines. Les chambres sont dans le mêmes état. Par contre les draps étaient propres. La salle du petit déjeuner, la peinture du plafond tombe en lambeau. Les tables ne sont pas nettoyer. Un hôtel vraiment en décrépitude. Un des pires que j'ai eu dans ma vie de voyageur. Le breakfast proposé en photo sur Booking n'est pas correcte. On vous servira un thé ou café avec des pains égyptiens pas vraiment frais, deux générique de vache qui rit et un mini pot de confiture. BOOKING ENCORE VOUS VEND L’HÔTEL COMME PRENANT DES MESURES PARTICULIÈRE CONTRE LE COVID, C'EST ENTIÈREMENT FAUX ! Pour ce qui est du manageur que je n'ai jamais vu, il est vrai qu'il est très gentil et aux petits soins pour vous. Je suis arrivé de nuit et le taxi envoyé par l'hôtel m'attendait et arrivé à l'hôtel le vieux monsieur m'attendait en bas. Bon maintenant il est vrai que pour le prix il est difficile de se plaindre

I booked my stay on *********** and left a negative review saying the rooms and bathrooms were filthy and the food served was severely stale and lacking, but the location was good and staff was friendly. The owner promptly contested my stay to have my review removed from the Booking website. I left another review on Google stating what had happened and the owner then went on Booking and tried to have my credit cards removed from my account. Absolutely disgusting, petty behavior! There are a few other hotels nearby in a similar price range that were much nicer, with respectable owners. Try Lotus Hotel or Cecelia Hostel nearby
