Appartement lumineux et calme, très bien équipé, hyperconfortable, vue directe sur la mer à 500 m ; hôtes très accueillant avec des mines de conseils, Mattéo connait tout et peut vous orienter : cafés, pizza, restaurants, escalade, plongée, balades en bateau dans des criques magiques. On parle anglais, espagnol, français couramment :)

Ottima esperienza in questo residence con appartamenti vista mare confortevoli. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiare appartamento poiché accanto c’era una famiglia numerosa e con neonata dal pianto continuo, il titolare ci ha immediatamente offerto un appartamento più grande e distante (senza cambio di prezzo) che ci ha consentito di soggiornare in tranquillità. Da tornarci anche per la posizione invidiabile nella baia di Calagonone.

We just returned from a beautiful week in Cala Gonone. We stayed in one of the Seaview apartments. What a great location! Close to the harbour, beaches and restaurants, yet private. And the view is likely the best in town. The apartment even has its own car park, a nice bonus. The apartment itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Matteo provided a number of very intriguing tips for excursion by sea and land, as well as a number of restaurant recommendations. We tried many of the trips and several of the restaurants and were not disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento fuili, terrazzìno comodissimo per passare i momenti al fresco, appartamento con tutti gli confort possibili e nuovissimo con arredamento moderno ma allo stesso tempo romantico, veramente molto accogliente ! La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Matteo è impagabile! 10/10!

Desideri un posto tranquillo per la tua pausa estiva, ma non solo? Il residence Biriola è il posto perfetto: al centro di cala Gonone, ti accoglie Matteo, il proprietario. Una persona disponibile, gentile e accogliente che vi garantirà un’esperienza turistica che difficilmente dimenticherete, sia per posti incantevoli da visitare che posti in cui mangiare. Appartamento vivibilissimo, pulito e con tutti i confort. Da non perdere!!

appartamenti molto belli puliti spaziosi con terrazzo all'esterno dove si può cenare vicina al centro e al porto si può tranquillamente lasciare la macchina e girare a piedi anche per fare la spesa anche alla sera si possono raggiungere ristoranti e locali .

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura con 4 amici. L’appartamento era molto curato e appena ristrutturato. Dal terrazzino si poteva godere di una splendida vista mare. Matteo, il proprietario, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa con la sua disponibilità e suoi consigli. Super consigliato!
