Onze ervaring in dit hotel was geweldig. Het eten was heerlijk met elke avond zeer veel variatie. Kamers waren erg ruim, goed onderhouden en schoon. Met kinderen zijn de familiekamers geweldig. De slaapkamer voor kinderen is perfect gelegen waardoor je als ouder nog alle kanten op kunt. Elke dag schoonmaak. Personeel super vriendelijk. Het zwembad is fijn, zonder dat er bedden gereserveerd worden. Er is een supermarkt aangrenzend aan het zwembad. Voor kinderen is de kidsclub en de entertainment echt top. Onze kamer was direct naast het podium waar de muziek tot 22u was maar door goede isolatie hoor je bijna niks als de deur dicht is. Ik kan geen enkel nadeel bedenken over ons verblijf. Ik schrijf nooit een revieuw maar dit hotel is al het lof en de 5 sterren beoordeling waard.

Great resort for families with young kids. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, great facilities & lovely food. We stayed for 1 week with 3 children aged 5, 3 and 1. The pools, night time entertainment & playground kept our children entertained for the week. There is a great on site supermarket that is reasonable and well stocked The location is great also, 800m to a buggy accessible beach

Much too noisy, impossible to take a nap, impossible to sleep in the morning with the noisy rooms around, impossible to take a nap because the housekeepers come by and make a lot of noise during nap time. The food is really not good, if you want a quiet place, don't choose this hotel

It would be if it weren't for these negative points: - I really don't understand why the indoor pool as well as the hammam and sauna are closed during the two summer months. Indeed, if it were open, it would relieve congestion in the outdoor swimming pool which is very crowded at this time. - There is a shortage of deckchairs and they are crowded from 7 a.m. On vacation you don't necessarily want to get up at dawn to get a deckchair. It would therefore be necessary to prevent the reservation of deckchairs by laying out towels. -It is regrettable that this hotel is on German time: the dinner times should really be extended, at least until 9:30 p.m.! But at 6 p.m. the swimming pools are already closed unfortunately! -During buffet meals: it's shameful to charge for water! Also, as a family of 5, we always had difficulty finding a table. There are almost only tables for 4 people in the restaurant! -Finally, it is a shame that none of the entertainment is in French, and that no entertainer speaks French in this hotel. If you sort all of these out, I can book to come back next summer!

Perfect for families with children. Very good food. Great entertainment for the kids. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Cleaning was also very good.

Where do I start! The evening we arrived we were put into the block across from the reception. The apartments were old / crusty/ smelled of damp badly, with ants crawling everywhere. Definitely not what was advertised on their website. I seen a sign in the elevator the next day for €20 per day for an upgrade. We went with that option and got relocated to the 4th floor to another apartment.
It was lovely and big and renovated. It was like being in a different hotel. The restaurant on the ground floor was like feeding time at the zoo, it was so busy and uncomfortable. We found the adults only restaurant on the top floor, which was heaven, defiantly 4 star dinning. It was never mentioned to us at reception that this facility was an option. The food was of high quality and always something to eat. The hotel inside was very clean. It was a very well run hotel.
The entertainment was geared towards under 7's, there was not much to entertain 16 year old's and we found ourselves wandering down the town most evenings, which was a pity.
You could not get a sun bed past 9pm in the morning, although most were not occupied till the afternoons. The pool area was very busy, it was like a creche.
If you have kids under 7, i would say its a great option. if you are adults only, its also a lovely option as the adults only sun bathing area on the top floor has hot tubs, a bar and leather beds and the restaurant is fab, once you dont mind not having any entertainment in the evening.

We were there last year. Last year everything was better organized. Pool area not so clean. In the reception I was missing the Dutch receptionist from last year. Bar staff was better last year. Pedro from the bar is the best bartender. Cleaning staff rooms okay
