"Just had a very enjoyable 10 night stay at the CM Playa del Moro. We had a 7th floor junior suite with side sea balcony which gave spectacular view over the bay. Room was very clean, well equipped with a very comfy king size bed. Never had a problem getting a sunbed and the beach is literally a 2 minute walk away. The inside pool and sauna facilities are an added bonus. All staff were very friendly and helpful - excellent service from everyone. Food was good - plenty of choice with a different “theme” each evening. Choice of evening entertainment in the main hotel or at Moments Bar which is situated at the front of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower. Breakfast is definitely a highlight – fresh, varied, and well-prepared. However, I recommend skipping the dinner. The quality was disappointing and didn’t match the standard of the rest of the stay. Stick to breakfast and dine elsewhere for better evening meals."

"Lovely hotel overall very clean and staff are so friendly. Never an issue to get sunbeds and the pool is perfect nice and big and never too crowded, there is a lovely little pool for the little ones too. The breakfast was outstanding so much to choose from. I do unfortunatly have some negatives. ENTERTAINMENT There was 1 animation member of staff and she is never actually seen around the pool when she is she’s just strutting around with her hands on her hips flicking her hair back and forward flirting with the lifeguard that works at the hotel I will move onto him in a minute. I smiled at her mutiple times and got ignored she only speaks to the children I know that’s what she is there for but it’s also manners to make an effort with ALL guests. The mini disco for the little ones doesn’t start untill 9 at night way to late! There is absolutly no entertainment for adults we were here a week and only managed to watch 2 shows because that’s all there is. The hotel advertised bingo etc there is NONE of that. The lifeguard at the pool is horrible and I would really like management to have a word with him. My friend started vaping thinking it was ok as we are outside and he came over and screamed at him so rude. The next day he had his vape out on the bed while he was sorting his bag out again he came over and screamed at us. I’ve seen him speak badly to other guests aswell if they are playing the with the umbrella or god forbid having fun and splashing in the pool. He was awful he would walk around the pool and just give us horrible looks very uncomfortable please address this with him! Such a shame to have negatives because it is a lovely hotel"

"Location is good. Cerca de mar. Atmosferę and animation also is estupendo. Rooms was cleaning todos los dias. Food is tasty. Definitely i can Visit hotel Garbi one more time"

"Our second time at this hotel and what a disappointment! From checking in to checking out ,The issues are too many to write but the main ones include the following: Very rude reception day staff , Pool side snack bar contains fruit and biscuits only ,Outside pool toilets only 2 unisex and not cleaned regularly, Pool opening times very restricted 10am until 6pm ! Also the same for the bar ,2 euros per towel hire no refund on return, No information on All inclusive and what it includes, No ice cream available, No tea/ coffee facilities in rooms, Same evening entertainment as last year ,Vomit reported in corridor left for 3 hours before cleaned, Shower cubicles in spa area have clear see thro glass ! ,Biggest disappointment The World Cup although a big poster in the bar ,The England games not shown but other countries where for example Spain v Belgium on a big screen in a air conditioned bar the following night England v Norway not shown at all ,Although asked for by the English guests was told it was not possible,Some very disgruntled English guests ! Some changes have been made and the hotel is very Aesthetically pleasing but very impractical ,One special mention to Henrique on reception who helped us with our suitcases and also greeted you with a smile ,Unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend"
