"We had an overall great stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. There were plenty of activities for the whole family, and we especially want to thank the activity team. They were enthusiastic, professional, and made the experience fun for both children and adults. The only disappointment was the food. We found it quite repetitive and lacking in variety and flavor. Another issue was the drinking water and beverages served at the hotel. Everything tasted strongly of chlorine, which made it difficult to enjoy. We ended up buying bottled water and soft drinks from the local shop throughout our stay because we couldn’t drink the water provided by the hotel. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant vacation thanks to the wonderful staff and the excellent family activities."

"I’m so glad we haven’t actually stayed at this hotel, because if the front of house rude and disgraceful customer service is anything to go by, we will have had a lucky escape. Like a lot of people on holiday, if we’re passing a hotel we like the look of, we call in to take a look around. As an alternative place to book on our next visit to the resort. We go in to see what the restaurants, bars, communal and pools areas are like and if we get a chance to see what the rooms are like, and we always stay and have a coffee or something. On entering what looked like the reception area, which appeared unmanned at the time, we started to look around. My wife who is of a certain age, said “before we do anything else I need the loo.” As I said the reception was unmanned, we could see the ladies toilets, so my wife began walking in that direction. Just a that moment a heavily made up blonde haired woman appeared, and very abruptly and very rudely said “those toilets are for paying guests only!” There was no “hello, can I help you?” just you’re not using our toilets. Quite shocked at this persons rude attitude, I asked, “would you prefer my wife went in the street?” To which she replied, “the toilets are for paying guests only” So instead of investigating the hotels possible suitability for a future holiday, and hopefully sitting and having a coffee etc. we left in disgust and disbelief and thanked our lucky stars we’d never booked to stay there. Future guests beware, based on our interactions with this hotel, I’d definitely give this hotel a wide berth. Note to the hotel owners: If this person is the face or representative of your company she needs lessons in customer service or removed from such contacts."

"We stayed in the Bluesea Cala Millor. The staff were polite, helpful and professional. Our room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The food was delicious, varied, fresh and plentiful: one night there was paella, another there were huge prawns, there was always plenty of fresh salad and fruit but we noticed plain pasta and chips if you like that sort of thing . The holiday was sold as ‘all inclusive’ and it was, but some people may expect more such as entertainment and longer bar opening hours (the free drinks stop at 11pm). We did not have high expectations so were not disappointed! The pools are small for the number of guests so we went to the beach which is so close and we didn’t mind paying for sunbeds and a parasol with a safe but again, that might not be what others would want to do! My advice is to get up early to secure a sunbed. The second pool does not have a pool bar which is a pain. We went hand luggage only so we’re pleased to be able to hire pool/beach towels from the hotel. Our room had a big balcony which was lovely. All-in-all I would recommend the hotel for a short break if you are on a budget because it was a great deal and we had a wonderful time."

"First time staying at the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Ideal location with good mix of beach walks and shops nearby. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and the hotel is spotless and well equipped. We found the food experience good... fresh and choices for everyone. We went all inclusive and found the food and drinks plentiful. Staff always attentive. We were blessed with good weather so spent most days relaxing by the pool, just what we wanted. We even asked reception for a kettle [as tea drinkers] and was delivered that afternoon, bring mugs if you want more than a small cuppa. Loads of entertainment over the day if you want that sort of thing which is varied and not pushed on you. Always something on in the evening although for the time of year is inside and a bit restricted. Local bus service is really easy to use so ideal for exploring and Cala Millor itself is beautiful. We have booked to go back again next year, same time/same place!!"

Find Your Perfect Stay in Cala Millor by Travel Style
Hotel Sabina
"The hotel is modern and clean in a convenient position across the road from the beach. The bedrooms are adequate and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The clientele are mostly middle to old aged Germans so a very quiet pool and sun bathing areas. However, the sun beds around the pool are incredibly uncomfortable. We had to pinch cushions from chairs so we could use them. The entertainment is very very poor. The hotel is geared towards the Germans, with even notices written in just German (not Spanish). The disco was mainly German bands. (Which was annoying as most people know English music ) The tapas in surrounding restaurants (of which there are many) is very good. A flat pedestrian shopping area ideal for wheelchair users. Loved the area but would find a better hotel."

"I stayed at Hotel Biniamar from October 24th to 25th, and my experience was shockingly below what I had booked and paid for. I had reserved two sea-front view rooms, exactly as stated in my booking confirmation. Instead, upon arrival, I was given only one sea-front view room and one lateral sea-view room—a clear downgrade and absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the hotel was nearly empty and additional sea-front rooms were visibly available. There is simply no justification for this. As if that weren’t enough, the hotel’s website advertised a complimentary welcome bottle of wine, which was never provided in either room. Another promise not kept. Selling a specific service and then delivering something entirely different—without any notice, explanation, or apology—is unacceptable. End of season or not, treating customers with basic honesty and respect should not be optional. I naturally expect a refund or appropriate compensation, but what is even more disappointing is the management’s complete lack of communication. My emails have received no real answers—only a vague “we will investigate,” and I am still waiting for a proper response. This level of indifference is simply unacceptable. Terrible transparency, terrible customer care. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. I certainly will not return, and I do not recommend it under any circumstance."

"Friendly welcome at the reception. The apartment complex is very outdated and the corridors are not lit. No air conditioning which makes it very hot (we knew this in advance but it is certainly a big loss). After a heavy rain shower the paid wifi did not work anymore and it has not been fixed. During the rain shower the hall was flooded and we could get started with a mop. The location of the complex is great, close to the cozy tourist area with shops and nice restaurants and the beach. We will definitely come back to Cala Millor but for us a different stay."

"Great location everything is 10 mins walk. Rooms clean. A nice family run hotel. Staff very helpful, especially the young girl on reception who went out of her way to find out information for us. Food - basic food but something there for everyone. We would definitely go back. Good value for money."
