"The hotel is very close to the beach, which is super convenient. The internal facilities are also new and complete. I had a good rest and it is cost-effective."

"I stayed at Playa Del Moro with my friend for 14 nights, she has some mobility issues and uses crutches. The room we were allocated initially was quite a walk from the lift. I knew this was going to be a problem for my friend and so the next morning I asked if we could move to a room nearer the lift. The receptionist manager was extremely helpful and gave us an alternative more accessible room for a small fee. This vastly improved our experience. The general atmosphere was friendly, there were mostly German guests, we did chat to some English people but most people spoke to us in English as needed. The customer service from ALL staff was fantastic! The rooms were cleaned to a great standard. I didn’t realise until after we arrived you could hire a kettle (I took a small travel one). The activities were great, there was no fuss if you didn’t want to take part but I joined in with a few things and we also went on the trip to Arta market, I recommend this, make sure you book early because it does sell out. People join from the three CM hotels. The food was plentiful and exquisitely displayed, I’m vegetarian so sometimes the evening choices were limited but they did a lovely veg lasagne, lots of vegetables, cheeses, bread, salad, make sure you read the signs properly. They use symbols but don’t always say it contains meat (or I didn’t read it properly). They have lots of staff around who are helpful and polite, nobody makes you feel rushed. I want to make a special mention to Roshan, he is guest relations manager, he was a lovely man. Arranged for a reserved table for my birthday - I was sang to by the staff, also given cake and a bottle of fizz. He made sure that my friend could have some food up in our room when she wasn’t well. He was always helpful, chatty and just a lovely guy, I noticed how great he was with all guests. The evening entertainment was varied, I was often too tired to watch it downstairs as it started at 9pm but sometimes watched from the balcony. On one occasion we went down and watched a Freddie Mercury tribute act, he was great, very entertaining! The location of the hotel is perfect, central to everything with a sea view. I have no complaints about anything, we had a wonderful much needed holiday and will definitely be back again!"

"I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The standard of accommodation, cleanliness, food, and customer service fell significantly below what was advertised and what I would reasonably expect from an all-inclusive holiday. My experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived until the day I left. One of my biggest concerns was the all-inclusive food offering. The buffet consisted of only a very small section of food with extremely limited choice. The meals were repetitive, poorly presented, and of a very poor standard. On many occasions, the food resembled slop rather than freshly prepared meals, making it unappetising and, at times, inedible. As guests who had paid for an all-inclusive package, we expected a wide selection of quality food suitable for a broad range of international visitors. Instead, the options were severely limited, leaving us with very little we could eat. This was completely unacceptable and did not reflect the standard that had been advertised. The condition of our room was equally unacceptable. Upon arrival, we discovered that the towels provided were stained and appeared unclean. We were forced to request replacements ourselves, which should never have been necessary. The bath was blocked with hair, causing the water to drain extremely slowly after every use. Furthermore, the toilet emitted a constant sewage smell and repeatedly failed to flush properly. These issues were not only unpleasant but also raised serious concerns about the hotel’s standards of hygiene and maintenance. To make matters worse, the attitude and behaviour of several members of staff were completely unacceptable. Rather than being welcoming, approachable, and helpful, staff members were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional whenever we asked for assistance. We were spoken to disrespectfully on multiple occasions, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Our arrival at the hotel set the tone for the rest of our stay. When we checked in, the restaurant had been left open, so we reasonably believed it was still in service and went inside to get a drink. Instead of politely informing us that it was closed, the receptionist chased my friend into the restaurant, spoke to them in an aggressive and rude manner, before slamming the door and locking it in front of us. This behaviour was entirely unprofessional, intimidating, and completely unacceptable for staff representing your hotel. Our disappointment continued on the day of departure. As our flight was scheduled for much later in the day, we politely asked whether it would be possible to arrange a late checkout so that we could shower and get ready before travelling. Our request was immediately refused with no consideration, despite there being numerous empty rooms clearly available within the hotel. While we appreciate that late checkout cannot always be guaranteed, there appeared to be no genuine attempt to ac"

"I stayed at the Hotel Voramar for three nights. The room was mostly clean, and the furniture was in good condition. However, the bathroom had significant shortcomings – the fixtures, in particular, were old and worn. Most of the staff were friendly, except for one gentleman at reception who was extremely rude to me on the day of my departure. Although it was only two minutes until the official start of breakfast, I was sent back to my room with the explanation that I was disturbing the staff during preparations. Other guests were allowed to have breakfast at the same time – supposedly because they were checking out. I was also checking out, but I was refused. The manager himself seemed irritated by the situation. This incident spoiled my appetite and significantly marred my overall experience. Due to the disrespectful treatment of guests and the lack of communication, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel."

"The location of the hotel is exceptionally close to the beach. Food and customer service amazing themed food evenings something to suit all. The pool and communal areas very clean and modern, the premiere rooms have wonderful sea views and lots of extras."

"Lovely hotel overall very clean and staff are so friendly. Never an issue to get sunbeds and the pool is perfect nice and big and never too crowded, there is a lovely little pool for the little ones too. The breakfast was outstanding so much to choose from. I do unfortunatly have some negatives. ENTERTAINMENT There was 1 animation member of staff and she is never actually seen around the pool when she is she’s just strutting around with her hands on her hips flicking her hair back and forward flirting with the lifeguard that works at the hotel I will move onto him in a minute. I smiled at her mutiple times and got ignored she only speaks to the children I know that’s what she is there for but it’s also manners to make an effort with ALL guests. The mini disco for the little ones doesn’t start untill 9 at night way to late! There is absolutly no entertainment for adults we were here a week and only managed to watch 2 shows because that’s all there is. The hotel advertised bingo etc there is NONE of that. The lifeguard at the pool is horrible and I would really like management to have a word with him. My friend started vaping thinking it was ok as we are outside and he came over and screamed at him so rude. The next day he had his vape out on the bed while he was sorting his bag out again he came over and screamed at us. I’ve seen him speak badly to other guests aswell if they are playing the with the umbrella or god forbid having fun and splashing in the pool. He was awful he would walk around the pool and just give us horrible looks very uncomfortable please address this with him! Such a shame to have negatives because it is a lovely hotel"

"Beautiful hotel. Will definitely be back, all the staff were amazing so kind and friendly. The entertainment team was great, always things to do. Live music round the pool was the best. The food was great, I’m a picky eater and there was always something for me. The location was fab 5 mins to the beach and really close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were stunning and the whole hotel was very clean! The all inclusive cocktails were the best we’ve ever had! I will definitely be returning and can’t wait to try other garden hotels in other places!!"

"Just back from a week at this lovely hotel. There is really nothing I can fault. From it's location right on the beach to the wonderful friendly efficient staff . We had a sea facing room .. well worth paying the extra for which was clean roomy and had a great bathroom .. fabulous shower . We were bed and breakfast so can't comment on evening meals but the choice at breakfast of really good quality food was immense definitely something for everyone. Also can't forget the live evening entertainment combined with a delicious cocktail great way to end each day . First time at Don Juan definitely won't be our last ."
