Hôtel idéalement placé, proche de toutes commodités.
Chambre moderne,propre et bien equipée. La carte vip pour profiter du spa des hôtels du groupe est un plus.

This was a newly renovated hotel, completed to a very high standard. my only observation was the lack of local information material available (we had to go to the local tourist office).

We enjoyed this basic but very confortable property! Parking is free in surrounding lots/streets (4-10 minutes of walking). Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very very nice and efficient. Highly recommended.

Beautiful stay at this modern hotel, super clean, lovely breakfast and on my birthday they even put a bottle of bubbly in my room after a lovely day out and about. I would highly recommend it as this hotel seems to have more up-to-date interior design elements than it's surrounding neighbouring hotels.

L’hôtel est spacieux, beau et très propre! Nous y avons séjourné pour les 1 an de notre bébé et le personnel a vraiment été aux petits soins, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Encore merci à Oscar pour la gentille attention le jour de son anniversaire! Je recommande cet endroit, qui est en plus très bien situé pour éviter de reprendre la voiture le soir afin de dîner ou boire un verre!

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen, super um zu Fuß die Gegend zu erkunden.
Die Zimmer waren modern und neu, leider auch sehr klein und ohne Balkon, für ein paar Nächte okay!

Siamo appena tornati dalla nostra vacanza di 1 settimana in questo hotel. Forse l'unico hotel in tutta l'isola a non avere balconi quindi i teli da mare e i costumi bagnati li mettevo sopra una sedia ed era un disagio non da poco.L'aria condizionata in camera non funzionava. Ho avvisato il personale che gentilmente hanno provato a risolvere il problema ma inutilmente. Quindi una settimana di caldo infernale in camera. In bagno regnava l'odore di fogna, pure dai lavandini. Anche qui avvisato il personale per ben 3 volte ma non hanno potuto farci nulla... non volevo fare casini rovinando le così tanto attese vacanze della famiglia ma come minimo potevano propormi un'altra stanza dato la mie continue lamentele... La colazione viene servita sul tavolo senza una tovaglietta e senza un contenitoreper gettare i rifiuti, mangiavamo sullo sporco il che mi ha un pò disgustata ma mi sono adeguata all'usanza del posto. Ho chiesto una spremuta d'arancia ma mi hanno rifilato un succo imbevibile. Anche qui stendiamo un velo pietoso... in un hotel 4 stelle almeno una spremuta vera potevamo farla. Le camere piuttosto piccole, senza un armadio e lavandino fuori dal bagno. Meno male che ero con la mia famiglia altrimenti sarebbe stato imbarazzante. Dalla camera i miei figli potevano vedere quando facevo i miei bisogni in bagno ma questo è stato anche divertente tutto sommato. La piscina al quinto piano è piccolissima ed è alta 90cm ma una bella vista sul mare. Se avete fortuna potete anche trovare uno sdraio libero altrimenti state in piedi. Non torneremo di certo e spero di aver dato qualche informazione utile a qualcuno. Se avessi letto il contenuto della mia recensione da qualcun altro forse le mie vacanze potevano essere molto diverse ma ormai è andata così.

Book two rooms if there’s more than two of you!!!! We booked through jet 2 holidays which said it could accommodate 3 of us in the same room. We frequently travel as a couple with our son and usually get a sofa bed in the room too. We arrived at the hotel at 2.30am and was told our beds were to single beds pushed together! Our son is tall for his age, so it was uncomfortable. We stayed in that room for one night as it was so late then complained to jet 2 & the hotel in the morning. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room. We were able to spread some thick duvets on the floor for our son- not ideal but he saw it as a camping trip. The other not so ideal thing was there is a pane of glass in the shower that is blurred out in the middle, but you can literally see the person in the shower… again great for couples but not so much for a pre-teen with his Mom & Step Dad! The location was perfect for the beach- literally one minute walk. The hotel room was spotless every single day. Kudos to the cleaning staff as there was no signs of any sand. The breakfast was repetitive, but ok. The rooftop pool was great and when we went up we had it to ourselves. The bar lady made a rum slush for me which was perfect! Also shout out to the member of reception who ordered us a pizza when we were about to leave the hotel, but it was torrential outside and we couldn’t face walking out. I asked at the desk about where we could get pizza and before I knew it he was ordering for us in Spanish. So kind. I would recommend for couples only! Wouldn’t stay again just because the area wasn’t for us and it was a long transfer from the airport. We would stay in Palma or a more rustic part of Mallorca.
