Great resort for families with young kids. Relaxed a**osphere, friendly staff, great facilities & lovely food. We stayed for 1 week with 3 children aged 5, 3 and 1. The pools, night time entertainment & playground kept our children entertained for the week. There is a great on site supermarket that is reasonable and well stocked The location is great also, 800m to a buggy accessible beach

Much too noisy, impossible to take a nap, impossible to sleep in the morning with the noisy rooms around, impossible to take a nap because the housekeepers come by and make a lot of noise during nap time. The food is really not good, if you want a quiet place, don't choose this hotel

This hotel has everything to be fantastic. It would be if it weren't for these negative points: - I really don't understand why the indoor pool as well as the hammam and sauna are closed during the two summer months. Indeed, if it were open, it would relieve congestion in the outdoor swimming pool which is very crowded at this time. - There is a shortage of deckchairs and they are crowded from 7 a.m. On vacation you don't necessarily want to get up at dawn to get a deckchair. It would therefore be necessary to prevent the reservation of deckchairs by laying out towels. -It is regrettable that this hotel is on German time: the dinner times should really be extended, at least until 9:30 p.m.! Likewise, the opening times for swimming pools should be extended: at 6 p.m. we no longer want to relax at the pool and enjoy the sun rather than going to dinner! But at 6 p.m. the swimming pools are already closed unfortunately! -During buffet meals: it's shameful to charge for water! Also, as a family of 5, we always had difficulty finding a table. There are almost only tables for 4 people in the restaurant! -Finally, it is a shame that none of the entertainment is in French, and that no entertainer speaks French in this hotel. If you sort all of these out, I can book to come back next summer!

Beautiful hotel! Easy to get to, close to the beach and all the restaurants, amazing kids entertainment, really good and various food options. Great fun for kids and adults! Would definitely recommend 💯💯

Perfect for families with children. Very good food. Great entertainment for the kids. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Cleaning was also very good.

Where do I start! The evening we arrived we were put into the block across from the reception. The apar**ents were old / crusty/ smelled of damp badly, with ants crawling everywhere. Definitely not what was advertised on their website. I seen a sign in the elevator the next day for €20 per day for an upgrade. We went with that option and got relocated to the 4th floor to another apar**ent.
It was lovely and big and renovated. It was like being in a different hotel. The restaurant on the ground floor was like feeding time at the zoo, it was so busy and uncomfortable. We found the adults only restaurant on the top floor, which was heaven, defiantly 4 star dinning. It was never mentioned to us at reception that this facility was an option. The food was of high quality and always something to eat. The hotel inside was very clean. It was a very well run hotel.
The entertainment was geared towards under 7's, there was not much to entertain 16 year old's and we found ourselves wandering down the town most evenings, which was a pity.
You could not get a sun bed past 9pm in the morning, although most were not occupied till the afternoons. The pool area was very busy, it was like a creche.
If you have kids under 7, i would say its a great option. if you are adults only, its also a lovely option as the adults only sun bathing area on the top floor has hot tubs, a bar and leather beds and the restaurant is fab, once you dont mind not having any entertainment in the evening.

We were there last year. Last year everything was better organized. Pool area not so clean. In the reception I was missing the Dutch receptionist from last year. Bar staff was better last year. Pedro from the bar is the best bartender. Cleaning staff rooms okay

My son had the best time, great entertainment for kids: multiple play area's, fantastic swimming pool and the animation team spoke Dutch, German, English 😊
Restaurant was perfect for our family, a lot of options!
You could choose if you wanted to sit outside, inside or something in between.
The only downside about the vacation was those anoying people placing towels around the pool very early in the morning (reserving the daybeds eventhough some of them only attend the pool in the afternoon). Sometimes they occupy extra daybeds for little kids (that never even sit on the sunbeds), pretty selfish and scandalous.
Eventhough this is not the hotels' fault, I hope that they will try to prevent that in the future and take away all towels of unattented sunbeds. 😊
