Hipotels Don Juan

Unsere Probleme und Anliegen wurden nicht ernst genommen. Während wir ein positives Ankunftserlebnis hatten, haben wir die letzten Tage des Urlaubs leider sehr ungern in dem Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war rücksichtslos. Das Ambiente sehr bedrückend.

Hotel Haupthaus mit Meerblick wird ab Mitte des Jahres renoviert, Nebengebäude mit Poolblick ist bereits neu. Pooltemperatur Ende April/Anfang Mai zu kalt

Sehr freundliches Personal insgesamt. Essen sehr gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten, für jeden etwas passendes dabei. Sehr angenehmer Speisesaal mit Blick aufs Meer.

Unfortunately, the staff was very inconsiderate and did not take the needs and problems of their guests seriously. Hygiene and equipment were poor. The atmosphere was also depressing.

The hotel is very nice overall. The rooms in one wing are unfortunately a bit out of fashion. And the bathrooms are in dire need of renovation. Unfortunately, the photos when booking only show the new rooms, which is a bit confusing when you arrive. The beds are perfectly fine and the pillows are fluffy. There are also spare pillows. Unfortunately, the blanket only consists of two sheets, which is not sufficient in colder temperatures. The air conditioning in the older rooms unfortunately doesn't really work. The cleaning service is thorough and friendly. Overall, the staff is very friendly and attentive, including at reception. The food always consists of a very varied buffet with varied theme evenings, such as Spanish evening or Mexican food. Unfortunately, there is no allergen label at the buffet, which makes it difficult for people with allergies. Vegans are also left out here. On request, gluten-free baguettes are freshly baked at breakfast. And lactose-free and vegan milk is available at breakfast. The hotel is right by the sea with rooms facing the sea. You can rent loungers with parasols on the beach. The pool offers plenty of space to lounge and when the weather is nice the bar is open outside. The evening entertainment is varied and well organized. All in all a lovely hotel and it is surprising why it only got three stars.
