Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes, modernes Hotel. Gutes Essen. Top Lage. Nur die Zimmer waren zu klein. Und wir hatten keinen Balkon, das war sehr schade.

Everything great ,only downside is for the last 2 days there was a smoker in the room next to us and was allowed to smoke on the balcony all day and all night with the smoke coming to our balcony and in our room when the door was open.

Staff were really good and the property was clean. Compared to other 4 star hotels in the area, we were slightly disappointed with the lack of facilities such as an adequate swimming pool, sunbeds, etc. to cater for occupants. Other things which made our stay a bit uncomfortable was the lack of ability to control the temperature in the room and no sound proofing of the room which meant that getting a decent night’s sleep was not possible.

Endroit très agréable au personnel super gentil et prêt à vous aider et vous conseiller au mieux. Ayant pu comparer avec d'autres plages et d'autres hôtels majorquains, je peux vraiment dire que cet endroit est à taille humaine, agréable avec du personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable et de la nourriture de qualité. Le bar rooftop est très sympa et la vue extra, s'il fallait trouver un point un peu plus négatif je dirais que la Sangria pourrait être un rien meilleure et la piscine est un peu petite mais elle a le mérite d'être là et ils ont fait avec la place disponible. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au premier étage avec vue sur la mer est génial et très agréable et enfin les chambres sont propres, assez grandes et la literie de bonne qualité.

El personal muy amable, profesional y atento en todo momento
Desde la recepción donde nos atendieron muy bien en especial Tania que fue un verdadero encanto y estuvo en todo momento atenta a nuestras necesidades.
Pasando por el personal de habitación y el personal del bar de la azotea y de cocina.y restaurante.
Muy acogedores todos.
Llegamos y nos cambiaron de habitación (sin problema alguno) ya que no correspondía con lo que reservamos.
El desayuno y las cenas estan muy bien, y muy completos.
El hotel frente al mar con vistas muy bonitas a la bahía.
Las camas muy comodas y las almohadas también.
El unico punto que negativo que pondría es que el jacuzzi es de agua fría y la piscina también y en la época que fuimos era difícil usarlos.
Sin embargo la sauna esta muy bien.
Muchas tiendas alrededor y restaurantes alrededor y una playa larga.

Fint hotell med bra läge till strand och restauranger. Trevlig personal och bra frukost.
Minus att det inte finns parkering vid hotellet och långt till ”gatuparkering” där man fick leta parkering varje kväll.

We had swim in the sea every morning, while hotel is in front of the sea. On top of that staff was very friendly, room had fantastic views, breakfast was delicious. We used sauna and gym, which was nice.
