Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 6 jours, avec le petit déjeuner Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est très bien. S’agissant des chambres, elles ont très bien, pas très moderne en terme de décoration mais chacune à son balcon donnant sur la piscine, la literie est confortable, et il y a Clim. Seule l’isolation entre les chambres est très moyenne, on entend pas mal ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisine (nous avons été par exemple réveillé un matin a 8h car la femme de ménage était en train de faire la chambre d’a côté, c’était comme si nous étions avec elle …) S’agissant du petit déjeuner, il s’agit d’un buffet très varié et très bon rien à dire. S’agissant de équipements, l’hôtel est très propre et très joli, la piscine est agréable, mis à part que cela est dommage qu’elle ferme a 18h. Tout le personnel est très agréable et serviable, rien à dire de ce côté. En terme d’emplacement, l’hôtel est placé à l’être de la ville, il faut environ 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre mais cela n’est pas plus mal car le centre est assez bruyant le soir, au moins vous êtes assez au calme. Enfin, le parking est tout autour de l’hôtel en extérieur, très facile d’accès.

Hotel situato a circa 700 mt dalla spiaggia di Cala Millor. Le camere non sono grandissime ma sono funzionali e ben distribuite, il bagno è grande e spazioso. La piscina, con bagnino sempre presente, è grande e pulita, una per bambini piccoli, ombrelloni e lettini sempre a disposizione, mai trovato problemi a trovare posto. Pulizia ottima in tutti gli ambienti. Colazione abbondante e varia, forse il dolce migliorabile. Cena a buffet con tutto quello che serve, qualità più che buona. C'è anche un pò di animazzione serale che non abbiamo seguito ma sentito, alle 22.30 - 22.45 è comunque tutto finito. Personale vermente molto gentile e disponibile, e molto professionale. Un tre stelle che ne vale molte di più, rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo.

Hotel 3 stelle ma di 3 ne ha poco . Ambienti comuni carini e puliti....ma stanza da dimenticare. Camera pulita ma troppo datata.... letti tremendi con materassi impossibili e sfondati. I letti al primo movimento si dividevano ... bagno anni 60...aria condizionata praticamente inesistente... unico pregio la pulizia... Sala pranzo pulita ma cibo poco vario e di discussa qualità apparte la paella vegetariana.... per essere un 3 stelle ci sarebbe qualcosa da rivedere....soprattutto le stanze...il nostro sonno peggiore degli ultimi anni

Personale accogliente ma probabilmente non sono abituati ad avere italiani perché i ritmi e i cibi sono più vicini a quelli tedeschi. Stanze moto belle e pulite. La nostra era nuova. Note negative: trovo assurdo chiudere la piscina alle 18:00. Capisco che c'è chi cena a quell' ora ma secondo me l orario andrebbe posticipato un po'. Inoltre il cibo...poco pesce... Nella nostra settimana c era veramente poco pesce . Se non merluzzo e cose così. Crostacei e fritti di mare non si sono visti. Inoltre punto negativo per l animazione.. alla sera gli spettacoli erano sempre tutti uguali e l animatrice non si e ben capito il suo ruolo.. non si vedeva mai...😅 Colazione abbondante ma la ridefinire anche per gli italiani

Lovely hotel overall very clean and staff are so friendly. Never an issue to get sunbeds and the pool is perfect nice and big and never too crowded, there is a lovely little pool for the little ones too. The breakfast was outstanding so much to choose from. I do unfortunatly have some negatives. ENTERTAINMENT There was 1 animation member of staff and she is never actually seen around the pool when she is she’s just strutting around with her hands on her hips flicking her hair back and forward flirting with the lifeguard that works at the hotel I will move onto him in a minute. I smiled at her mutiple times and got ignored she only speaks to the children I know that’s what she is there for but it’s also manners to make an effort with ALL guests. The mini disco for the little ones doesn’t start untill 9 at night way to late! There is absolutly no entertainment for adults we were here a week and only managed to watch 2 shows because that’s all there is. The hotel advertised bingo etc there is NONE of that. The lifeguard at the pool is horrible and I would really like management to have a word with him. My friend started vaping thinking it was ok as we are outside and he came over and screamed at him so rude. The next day he had his vape out on the bed while he was sorting his bag out again he came over and screamed at us. I’ve seen him speak badly to other guests aswell if they are playing the with the umbrella or god forbid having fun and splashing in the pool. He was awful he would walk around the pool and just give us horrible looks very uncomfortable please address this with him! Such a shame to have negatives because it is a lovely hotel

Un hôtel exceptionnel qui mériterait amplement une quatrième étoile ! Le service est aux petits soins, la piscine excellente et suffisamment grande pour nager. On peut s'y rendre en bus depuis l'aéroport de Palma via le A42 (1h50, toutes les heures, climatisé). Les chambres sont très bien climatisées et rénovées (pour les deux que nous avons eues en tout cas). L'animation (spéciale dédicace à Dimi !) est très chouette pour les enfants. Et pour couronner le tout, le bar est top, pas cher et très gentil ! Bref, un hôtel idéal pour des vacances sans contrainte en famille ! Un immense merci à tous !

Habitación pequeña, sin mesilla, silla y aire acondicionado prehistórico dificultando el descanso. Al ejecutar reserva, solicitamos alargar unas horas nuestra estancia y NO nos contestaron. En hotel nos dijeron q el día anterior a la salida nos confirmarían, después que el último día…A las 8am nos hacen llamar y nos dan el ok y finalmente nos llaman después y, con una disculpa poco creíble, nos lo deniegan cuando ya habíamos planificado nuestro día. Una tomadura de pelo!!!. Calidad-precio, lo peor que he visitado en mi vida.
