Great hotel.

Perfect. Everything is fine. I like it all. It’s just that the mountain road is a bit winding when driving in.

Overall it was pretty good, the room was spacious and the check-in process was convenient and quick. The hotel also has a swimming pool, although I didn’t have a chance to swim. The bad thing is that I had to pay the deposit twice... I couldn’t even see the toiletries in the room being cleaned after they were used up.

The room is large, clean, fully equipped, and the bathroom is also large. The service attitude is good. Even if the check-in time is late, I can check in in time. very good.

Great value for money

For a mid-priced property, this is an excellent choice! Other than a poor experience with the restaurant, I will be staying here again. I was very impressed by the cleanliness, updates, and friendliness of the staff, particularly the front desk hosts. The hiking trails right out the back door are a big bonus. Beautiful 2-mile loop walk appropriate for moderately fit walkers.

Only issues in my opinion are that a very low pressure of water that is very difficult even to wash your hands in the bathroom, also not being able to close completely the shower door and had water everywhere after using it…also not enough parking spots when hotel is full. Except that it was a very agreeable stay. #208

This is a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. I liked the text messages after checking in asking if anything was needed to make our stay more comfortable which made the request for getting new towels and our room to be cleaned very easy. There were a couple of issues in our room such as a stain on the chair for the desk in the room (hopefully it was just coffee) and a strange stain on the headboard that couldn’t be wiped off after we tried. It would have been great to be able to adjust the shower nozzle to change the pressure but I expected lack of pressure from other reviews. But other than that the room felt clean and safe. The pool was heated and nice for the kids to swim even when it was chilly outside. I would definitely stay here again. Great access to the freeway.

The property was very clean, and the staff was great. Service was always done as promised and the bartenders were knowledgeable of the area.

Front desk gave me different room key. When use room key, guy show up! I do not have car, but charged $15. Why?

Great night of sleep in a beautiful hotel. The food was excellent in the restaurant and the rooms were very clean.
