位置應該不錯，離汽車站很近，走過去十幾分鍾。樓下有很大的超市和購物中心。估計是這個城市最大的商業羣。房間衞生各種條件就是標準的宜必思酒店。既沒有有些評論説的那麼差，也沒有那麼好。作為中轉酒店非常合適。早餐也還不錯。

El hotel excelente la atención y el lugar diría que es un 3 estrellas de primer nivel la habitación muy cómodo y muy limpia y el baño pequeño pero bien y el desayuno bastante completo esta ubicado al frente del jumbo y muy cerca de shopping se puede ir caminando

para começar passei um grande constrangimento na recepção (pessoal totalmente despreparado) pois queriam me cobrar um valor q n existia, eu já tinha pago uma parte com pontos e mesmo mostrando o extrato da minha conta fizeram de desentendidos e queriam q eu pagasse um valor exorbitante, eu disse q não pagaria e chamaram uma gerente e depois um gerente geral acredito eu, e mesmo mostrando a fatura paga (só restando 7.647,02 pesos chilenos) para acertar no hotel queriam me cobrar 42 dólares, no final descontaram mais 2000 pontos da minha conta ALL (40 euros) e disseram q tava tudo acertado, só percebi o desconto depois, após 1 hora tentando resolver a questão, quando entro no quarto o ar condicionado não funcionou nem a TV, péssima experiência possivel, vou aguardar retornar para o brasil e fazer uma reclamação diretamente a rede ALL, se não estornarem meus pontos entrarei com um processo. En resumen, - La Recepcion no contesta. - Aire malo, pase mucho frío, recién a las 00:30 pude dormir por que me trajeron un calefactor eléctrico y una frazada. - Caja fuerte mala. - Restaurant colapsado para comprar, una fila tremenda. - No se puede pedir servicio a la habitación. - La cama, no se porque, temo mucha estática. Si debo reconocer algo es que, “La” persona de la recepción fue muy atenta y amable, cuando tuve tiempo para ayudarme, ya que hay muy poco personal en el hotel, pareciera que todos hacen de todo. En definitiva, muy mala experiencia.

Desayuno de baja calidad.
Para entrar y salir del estacionamiento considerar siempre un tiempo extra para que alguien del hotel se acerque a abrir el portón.
Tanto el check in y el check out demasiado lento, si van con una reserva de hoteles.com deben indicar que su reserva si viene con desayuno incluido, ya que si no lo indican a la persona encargada del desayuno no le aparece en su lista que deben entregarles el desayuno y tendrán que volver a recepción a solicitar que los validen.
