Primero que todo no puede llam**** hotel sino mas bien residencial; es mas menos que eso, ya que es incomodo, lavamanos a un metro de la cama, ducha aparte del baño con un mi9nimo espacio ni siquiera para colgar una toalla, cama y almohadas de baja calidad.- Esta claro que si de mi depende no me quedaria allí, si en el hotel ibis

Mala experiencia en la elección, demasiados ruidos durante la noche, no pudimos descansar ni dormir, la ducha filtraba agua hacia el piso del baño, y el desayuno un caos, muchas delegaciones, el comedor no dio abasto para tantas personas, no había tazas ni vasos para servirte un café o jugo,pese a los reclamos nadie dijo nada, no lo recomiendo.

Needed to overnight before picking up my rental car to head to the Atacama so I was only there for about 9 hours. Breakfast good. In fact, I have stayed in an Ibis before-you know what you get-clean/modern microtel that is hassle free.

Estuvimos de vacaciones en febrero de 2022. El hotel es limpio pero las habitaciones diminutas. Apenas se puede entrar al baño y el lavamanos se encuentra afuera del mismo, en la habitación. Lo único bueno fue el desayuno, buffet y variado.

No me gustó la atención de recepción en el check-in. En relación a la habitación, calefactor se encontraba dañado y las paredes no eran insonorizadas como ponía en la descripción.

Por el precio, impecable. Es un hotel súper barato pero muy bueno si consideras lo que pagaste. Esta muy limpio, el desayuno es súper completo pero hay harta espera por tema covid. Muy amables todos. Ahora, comentar que a pesar de tomar 2 piezas triples, la 3a cama no estaba hecha en ninguna de las 2, y solo había toalla para 1 en cada pieza…

Es un hotel minero, entonces no puedes dormir los mineros gritan , hacen ruido , cero respeto.
Nadie les dice nada , hacen lo que quieren.
Lastima que un hotel así se haya convertido en esto.
Si quizás les exigieran más respeto y orden a los huéspedes ,
La experiencia sería diferente.
