This is a comment regarding the restaurant of the hotel. Just had lunch with my family and it was very unpleasent. Besides taking a very long time every time we tried to get the water attencion and to receive our orders, they charged us for the beers even though we explicitly questioned if they were included in the menu of the day. The problem continues when they offered us ta take the drinks of the menu of the day. To our surprise, the water bottles were opened, with the seal broken and a couple of sips taken. The hotel is great, but definitely should improve the restaurant staff.

We ended up here in Calama due to illness and the Alto del Sol was the perfect little recovery suite to relax, eat well, swim, and recuperate before our next leg of the trip. The staff are so friendly and room service is brilliant too. Great location!

El hotel es muy lindo, super limpio, habitación muy cómoda. La pileta climatizada, espectacular (solo faltan algunas toallas en la pileta). Estuve en 2019 y el desayuno era mucho más completo y variado. Deberían tener estacionamiento, o hacer algún tipo de convenio con el ****** (ni siquiera saben cuanto cobra el ****** x el estacionamiento) porque da un poco de temor tener q dejar el auto o camioneta en la puerta. De todos modos, volvería, ojalá puedan mejorar esos puntos!

Lo mejor en lo que he alojado en Calama, buena infraestructura, habitación cómoda, espaciosa y bien mantenidas. Personal amable y con buena disposición. Buen desayuno, tomando en cuenta que no se puede hacer bufete en este momento, por la pandemia. Lo único malo, es que el estacionamiento es pagado.
