The place is surprisingly nice with grass water features pool and modern amenities, staff speak English very well and are polite attentive and nice. Everything in the room was clean, comfortable mattress, pillows, aircon and buffet breakfast was abundant and with good variety for chile standards, they where upgrading areas has well

In general everything was fine, the only unpleasant thing was the SMELL of CIGARETTE permeated in the room. Since I don't smoke (neither does my wife) there was a lot of smell.
I also understand that it is not the hotel's fault, since you clearly cannot smoke inside, but since there are vicious and stubborn people it is advisable to ventilate the room

The worst service I have ever received in my entire life in a hotel. All the staff unconcerned about serving the passenger and insolent. Even when we complained to the hotel manager we received inaccurate responses. In some cases they even wanted to charge us more than the agreed rate.
