The hotel is located on the edge of the main city, and you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes. The breakfast is rich, the rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is too small, and there is an underground parking garage.

We Bootes a Room through priceless with 17 year old Child - at the Hotel they told us the Child is to old and we have to pay 50 $ extra - rooms are ok a Bit fuzxy - Bath Standard - Pool Bit Dirty and cold - beding very soft and cushions a Bit hard - at least ok for one Night

Dated and tired. But comfortable enough to get a decent night’s sleep. A purposeful pool with basic sun-lounging furniture. No in-room tea/coffee making facilities. No milk available across the entire hotel after breakfast ( to try and make your own drink ). Dinner is limited to a toasted sandwich menu. Service is hit & miss. The longer, brown/ginger haired female on check in ( 10th Dec @ noon ) was unfriendly, unresponsive and ‘bored’. The guy in the afternoon was super attentive and responsive. He cared. Calama ‘is not safe’ to go exploring…

El hotel en general es una instalacion muy comoda y bonita.
El desayuno era bien diverso y satisfactorio. La critica es que el Lunes 12 por la mañana la variedad era muy acotada con respecto al resto de los dias.
El cerramiento de la ducha no era bueno y el resto del baño se llenaba de agua. La regadera de la ducha presentaba goteras y perdidas, lo que incrementaba el problema del agua.
En dos ocasiones en el area desayuno, una de las personas encargdas (una srta. joven) realizaba sus tareas mientras veia una serie televisiba en su celular a muy alto volumen, lo cual era incomodo.

Robaron mi cargador, hago denuncia el día 22 en la mañana y me dicen que van a preguntar durante el día, pregunto de nuevo a las 4 de la tarde y me dicen que nadie ha reportado nada perdido, hacen un par de llamadas y me dicen que no encontraron nada en la habitación, les digo que obvio si no estaba donde lo deje, la respuesta a esto fue "no sacamos nada desde dentro de las habitaciones" y proceden a ignorarme sin solución alguna, pésima experiencia no volvería jamás
