Looking at the prices we thought it’s going to be an average hotel but the hotel is perfect for big family stay. The rooms were spacious with good sunlight and beautiful outdoors. The hotel reception and corridors, rooms are aesthetically done. Above all the staff was too good, helpful and quite responsive, unlike another 4 star hotel we stayed. In Goa, branded hotels are going down the drain where as such hotels like Rivasa are best in location, services and above all rooms. Thank you Rivasa Emerald for wonderful stay. Me, family and kids miss the hospitality and feel at home experience. We will be back soon and will waste our money on useless 4-5 star hotels.

Hotel reception rude. They don't have any eticate speaking to customers. Service very poor, breakfast just ok, no variety, rooms was good and clean. Location bad, no restaurant at waking distance. Will require a bike or car at this place. Remote location. This is more for office meeting and events. Not recommended for families. Pool clean.

Our stay at the hotel was horrible. The room allotted to us had a broken window, when we switched the room the electrical sockets were not working. We asked for tea at 2:30 pm but they declined saying this is lunch time and we don’t provide tea and would be provided after 4 pm. After 4 we called again and they said the chef has already left. At midnight they started having an argument with some female visitor. Overall a bad experience

The hotel is worse than a dharamshala. ******* rooms, uneducated nepali staff, ******* and dirty rooms and above all they serve bread with nutralite butter in the name of breakfast. I would suggest not to live there even if you are getting free accomodation. U will regret wasting your valuable time and money if you stay here.
