The location of the hotel was great. Inhouse amenities were wonderful too. Staff was friendly, the wifi connectivity was brilliant. Breakfast spread was also amazing. Good experience overall.

This hotel has a great location. It is right on the candolim road and 2 min from candolim beach

Breakfast menu was good. I can see chef taking lot of effort and approaching guest to take their feedback.
Rooms were decent size.

Nice cozy gym
Nice place to sit arnd pool and relax.
Dislikes:
It is very open and their is no cozy feeling in the hotel. It feels like everything someone is just coming in and going out..
Pool were not very clean.
They don't follow proper dress code for the pool as some guest were in appropriate cloths for pool. This makes it unhygienic.
Overall a decent property to stay in.

I stayed in novotel spa and resort but came to novotel candolim Hotel for dinner . I really like the hospitality of staff and taste. It was really awesome. The way they treated us was really great . Special thanks to Milan who has co-ordinated and take care of our order. He is just awesome. He has really taken care the special ask of my son. Highly recommended.

It was a grate experience in this vacation and it will be a memorable as well . My staying was soo comfortable with the Novotel Goa candolim from the reception to the f&B service every one is an happy employee and happy to serve specially in the service Arnab,Milan,Rahul,Sukumal,Kanika,Yunush,zafar,somnath,Riyal,Sahbaj... From the Breakfast to the Dinner every time whenever we visited to the restaurant they take care of us and guide us very well it feels like they all are my family members and Food was to the point..

It was my first stay at Novotel Goa Candolim with my friend, Starting with entrance af the hotel, a unique look, best part of this hotel is restaurant and pool bar, at dinning area all the staff's are very polite and helpful, Buffet breakfast sprade was very nice and huge, even Ala Cart food service is also quick and tasty. Overall bar and restaurant service is excellent..... I want to mention few staff's name from restaurant those who made our stay very much comfortable during our stay, Rahul ( Restaurant ***ager) Arnab, Animesh, Somnath.....
