Worst experience ever, hotel not maintained well no proper house keeping linens stained first before checkin we had a bad experience rude staff except Neha Natalia a and nayan and Shayam were really good…over crowded … horrible breakfast… no Goan standard not worth spending that money in such property … swimming pool was always full of men changing clothes in the open spitting neat the pool… over all I would not rate them even one star hotel… also they take pic of you adhar card and the barcode also which is not safe pls be careful no

We stayed with family for this trip. The hotel location is very good. However considering the price and room size it is not worth it. The breakfast menu was also good. The swimming pool was also good.

The entrance is big and having good ambience and food is always good, nice treatment by staff, it was fourth trip to goa.

Good place to stay, close to calangute market and hub. Eating options available in plenty inside the premises and outside. To be wary about is wifi service provided in hotel is poor. While the mobile network coverage is poor around the state, wifi service in the hotel should be strong but it wasn't. One thing the hotel forgot is the parking place. No parking available lr its very small area

The quality has downgraded since our last visit from 2016. They gave us a room initially which had mould growing on the walls with stale smell. It was horrible. When we told them they gave us another room which was better than the other but still lacked that good feel.

The rooms are really small as well the toilets are really small, while they clean the room everyday and it hygienic but you don't have to compromise on the room size that's basic. Breakfast is average with limited options there are no live counters for the breakfast.
