Visited with friends …. No Diet Coke No soda water 710 ruppees for 3 drinks Popped in because it was roadside and wanted to watch the “weekend traffic chaos”….view obstructed by giant plant display. Looks great from the outside but sadly didn’t deliver. Waiter was pleasant

Stayed for 1 night in Dec. 2022- this is the worst hotel where you will encounter the rudest of staff, most unhygienic facilities, a dysfunctional elevator and a breakfast which lacks even the basic choices such as brown bread. Pls save your money and stay away.

I visited this place the second time since it had opened 5 years back. It was an average hotel with good service and was a budget stay. Thinking of the same experience made me book it this time and the stay was horrible. The rooms were unclean, WiFi never worked and also when informed nobody came in to check with the guest. The stay was for 4 days and everyday cleaning did not include changing of toiletries or towels.No accomplishments as well (no milk powder!! Like seriously) and they will only provide 4 years old tea bag and coffee powder with some sugar. Need a lot of grooming to survive in the hospitality industry. You can get better budget hotels nearby. In short I would never recommend this place for anyone who is travelling to goa for enjoyment.

Booked for 04 nights online. The std check in time was given 12:00 noon online. We arrived at 11am and was asked to wait as the room was occupied and guest requested for late check out. We were assured that room would be given by 12:15 or 12:30 max. We came back at 1pm & was informed that guest checked out just now and will take more time. Upon my shouting, he gave me another room which was reserved for a group arriving after 2 days. They requested me to shift later but I denied... This entire incident the GM - Mr Vinod was sitting in the cabin and chilling and watching through the glass window. He smokes in the restaurant space available outside, and hardly does anything for hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is Room Size & 24 hrs Hot Water. They never clean the room unless asked for and reminded twice or thrice. There were cockroaches and ants in our room. They never change the bedsheet, just tuck the same one and leave unless asked & forced to change.. Only 02 Breakfast Options - 01 Veg (Puri bhajji or Chole Bhature) & 01 Non Veg - Boiled egg or Fried Egg. Location is good as it's bang on the road side. But Candolim main beach entry point is more than a kilometer away. They have a shortcut entry to beach directly opposite the hotel. Price wise it's good but it's worth to spend 500 INR more and stay in better property nearby. Owner should srsly look into the maintenance of hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Visiting Period : 6 December to 11 December 2021 Members : 2 Family's (4 Adult, 2 children of 3.8 and 3.5 yrs) Please stay on for detailed, deep and absolutely true like pure gold review. 1) When we reach at hotel, no one had welcomed us. we waited in lobby like we had no booking and they will give us booking now like favoring us. (it is the confirmed booking with full payment already before one month) 2) Welcome drink which was mentioned in package that too we need to ask them to give. 3) After half an hour waiting on lobby we got 2 Rooms and very excitedly we went and got shock with dirty smell of pest control everywhere as they told us we did pest control on all hotel rooms as this is the time we got to do. 4) Fan was not working, AC was not working so i have to make request to them to change the room but for that also they give us changed room in the evening time. 5) Door was too hard to open and and close. biometric of door too was not working. 2-3 times I need to call them to come with an extra biometric key. 6) Swimming Pool Water was too cold and not filtered at all. it was there inside hotel for scenery purpose but as we paid already we went into that icy water and played with our own health. (nothing happened to us with god grace) 7) now coming on to Main area [FOOD]. breakfast was included in our package so we were so excited every morning and they were double excited always to off the mood of every individual in hotel including us. 8) first two days they gave eggs which was the good part and suddenly for remaining 3-4 days they told us no eggs as policy is changed from ***agement level. other food items were bread which was too stale like we got food infection except one member and including children so 1-2 days gone in goa with medicines. 9) last 2 days we quit to eat in hotel as we got food infection because of staled food and we did complaint too like we saw cockroaches roaming around the food area but they were just quiet and listened to us and matter over. 10 just imaging, you are with small children and in this type of rooms, staled food ***** with very negative environment and that too in GOA near to Candolim beach. 11) Rooms light are faint yellow and because of those we were in depression and without energy. 12) By mistakenly from one child one glass was broken and at checkout time they charged us 200 Rs. for that 50 Rs. Glasss. 13) Covid wise no protocols was followed by staff at all and they sneezes without MASK 14) After coming home we all got 2 days to recover because we got health issues because of this type of hospitality. Bottom Line : Banned this Hotel as i have personally experienced it. very pathetic service. Don't Go anytime to this place. Swear : all of the points mentioned above is True. Geeta pe haat rakh ke kasam khake bolta hu as HINDU.
