This had to be the most disappointing stay I have ever had the bad luck to encounter. I travel a lot spent 8 days there.
Room/bathroom dirty.
See through blinds on windows.
Sheets towels stained old. The cleaning got better not acceptable but better. The chap did best he could with what he was working with.
Room supposedly had a safe to store my belongings. I had three different ones as they did not lock 3rd one did.
Air con broke down.
My main criticism is there was no internet connection in my room. Had to sit in balcony and get eaten alive with mosquito's or go downstairs to reception. I complained every day
NOTHING DONE. No ***agers available I did not even get an apology.
If you are considering staying there my advice is DONT.
This place has a 4+☆ rating I have no idea how.

Worst experience after staying 10 days in another hotel came to this resort with family for a better experience. V rude staff and charged extra for a kid and not ready to listen about other hotel feedback or suggestions. Will never recommend anyone if get a free stay

The hotel was very good. Clean even in rainy season. Pool was also good and the the pool is in front of every room which get easy access to the pool area. Breakfast and services are very good. Overall i love the stay at this hotel. I will recommend this to everyone

A descent place to stay near baga, pool facing rooms with balcony. The staff was really helpful, hence had a wonderful and peaceful stay

A boutique resort with all the amenities is what you require during a holiday to rejuvenate. Good food, clean pool, helpful staff and near to the calangute beach makes it one of the best places to stay. Our daughter enjoyed a lot in the pool. I interacted with few families (with kids) staying in other hotels who had moved to this resort once they came to know about the amenities the resort provides. Would recommend anyone looking to stay at calangute to consider this property.
