This hotel has a great location. It is right on the candolim road and 2 min from candolim beach Likes: Breakfast menu was good. I can see chef taking lot of effort and approaching guest to take their feedback. Rooms were decent size. 2 pools Nice cozy gym Nice place to sit arnd pool and relax. Dislikes: It is very open and their is no cozy feeling in the hotel. It feels like everything someone is just coming in and going out.. Pool were not very clean. They don't follow proper dress code for the pool as some guest were in appropriate cloths for pool. This makes it unhygienic. Overall a decent property to stay in. As I am a novotel fan

The hotel is very new, the hardware facilities are very good, the service is very good, there is a welcome juice when you go to check-in. But the location is a bit off, it takes ten minutes to walk to the beach, and the airport comes to the taxi for an hour and a half. Hotel catering is mainly for Indians, and there is basically no international taste. There are so many restaurants around, you can eat steaks in all tastes, the price is not expensive, and the taxes are few.

It’s a bang on beach property on calangute beach. Rooms are small with side views of another property.Only the front facing suites are spacious and have a balcony with beach view .Honestly standard rooms don’t give a feel of being in Goa as one would expect . The pool is nice and they have two restaurants that are beach facing.The staff is really hospitable and nice.They catered to all our requests and made us really comfortable.Ayush from front desk is always smiling and ready to help,the gate *** is cheerful and welcoming . Thanks to Mr Sourabh the GM,who is a very warm person and attended us very well during our stay.

I’ve stayed at too ***y Marriotts to count as a lifetime platinum member, and this is without question one of the best! From check-in to check-out, the facilities and staff exceeded all expectation — especially due to the grossly exaggerated negative reviews we had seen before arriving. The facilities are much more representative of a full-service Marriott than what one would experience in US-based Fairfield Marriotts. The staff were kind, gracious, and exceedingly helpful with all our needs. Vinaya checked us in and offered recommendations throughout our stay. Rohit kept our room in pristine condition. Jogender and Sree were the faces of the unbelievable chef and kitchen staff. Subhag, Kalpesh, Rasna and the entire serving team were top-notch. The security, pool, and cleaning staff were a joy to interact with throughout the day. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay at a little piece of paradise within the paradise that is Goa!

The check in was a little bit chaotic- but this was mainly down to other customers not respecting others and was being quiet rude and forceful with their de***ds to the staff. However, they were kinda and calm to everyone which was nice. Additionally, the staff in the restaurants were very helpful and friendly and the food was nice. The bedroom is basic but very clean and has everything you need in it.

The property is decent. Walking distance from the beach and the way to the beach is beautiful and there is a small kids area outside the resort with swings for the kids. 1. The resort is very crowded and at times there is just no space for anything. 2. If you have a room near the pool then your vacation is ruined. There is so much of noise, cigarette smell etc. there is no fence around the pool so if you have kid you can’t afford to leave them although there is always a guard. 3. The food is ok nothing too good or bad. 4. Be careful of your valuables. It happened with us twice that our rooms lock was open. We had not left anything valuable in the room but still. 5. If you are expecting a very good hospitality then forget it just a few people who actually were warm and welcoming. 6. We tried to change and upgrade our room but the receptionist had NO CLUE if his room would be full or not. 7. Would I want to spend my vacation there again ? No. Would it be recommending it? NO

Hotel is just super. Rooms are new, beautiful breakfasts suitable for everyone (and local kitchen and European and meat). Room cleaning, substitution, water and bathing facilities daily. A great restaurant inside, you must try chocolate Brownie, just super. Staff is excellently trained, all clear, benign. Special thanks to the hotel manager Miss Toli Nekha, for your sensitivity and care, for the desire to make your rest as comfortable as possible. The hotel is definitely recommended for visiting.
