I accept that it is a 3 star (however jet2 and tui rate it as 2 star plus) and would say overall I did have a good time, as long as I wasnt in the room. The pool was nice and spacious, however loungers arent great. The food was ok most times. The staff were also very friendly. It was also located in a good spot. However, when arriving in the room, I was met with a sofa bed. A horrible, creaking, uncomfortable sofa bed, which isnt what was advertised. Also a smashed lamp shade, a busted balcony door and a light which kept blowing bulbs. The toilet also was coming away from the floor so kept trying to fill as I rocked around on it. I did pay for the wifi which was good, but this didnt reach my balcony or far side of the pool. I did get the tv remote with a 20€ deposit so I had some company but it wasnt tuned right, so could only get a handful of channels that weren't english so that was a waste of time. Whilst most other guest were nice, there was a domestic fight in the hallway at 12am one night and then on my final night new male guests arrived next door and decided to have a very loud evening shouting instead of talking. As my room had an internal door between rooms all noise transferred and they kept trying my door handle which did worry me at one point as a solo woman. Not the hotels fault I know, but havent had a problem in the past. Unfortunately I cant say I would return if I came back to this resort and would stay somewhere nicer and just pay a bit more money.
