Pros. Beach is 10 mins walk from hotel and that is amazing. Town shops/bars close. Food as expected from a 3 star resort, cooked well but choices limited. Plenty of loungers. Pool ok after you get past the initial cold. Nothing heated. Staff ok. Cons. 80 min transfer from airport. No food available on arrival. Resort tax €2.20 per person per night payable on arrival. €20 for Wi-Fi per week for each device! €20 deposit for TV remote ( just had BBC1). Rooms small & no fridges. Beds rock solid. Issued token and must keep either that or issued cup with you to get a drink at bar. Only 2 drinks at a time & queues are long, must have footwear on, even at pool bar. No food can be taken from pool restaurant to your lounger! No segregated smoking area so smokers everywhere. Loungers don’t raise and are very uncomfortable. Get an air cushion. Towels still do down at 0730 & shade is limited. Overall. Ok but probably wouldn’t come again.

Where do I start , this holiday has been the best I’ve ever had, starting off I was worried due to a large amount of poor reviews but I didn’t let that sway my opinion me and my friend booked this holiday to celebrate his 19th birthday and it has been truly spectacular, coming from self experience of having parents who own a holiday park I feel with club Cala Romaní I believe you must take it with a pinch of salt too many people have left poor reviews for stuff that shouldn’t really be a massive factor such as rooms being “outdated” and needing to pay for a deposit for the tv remotes but you must keep in mind that these rules and things are here for a reason me and my friend have stayed here for a week now and our time here has been nothing but superb, the food selection is very nice with 2 salad bars you do not miss out on your vegetables and a expansive buffet you won’t go hungry, the pool bar/restaurant has food at all times so you will never go hungry and the pool itself was lovely, the beach that is near the hotel was incredible with beautiful crystal blue waters and soft sand beaches it left you wishing to stay longer , this was my first holiday away withought my parents and of which I paid for myself and it has made me fall in love with Majorca I only wish I could stay longer , club Cala Romaní is a beautiful and charming hotel where the workers are always extremely attentive and helpful I definitely plan to home here again next you and most likely again and again for the foreseeable future

Absolutely love this place. This is my second time here. The rooms are great and there's a lot to do. The staff are all amazing. Between the lovely cleaner to the bartenders with great customer service. Special shout out to Pedro helping me practice my rusty Spanish. Haha There's always great entertainment for children. I would come here more often if I could

I accept that it is a 3 star (however jet2 and tui rate it as 2 star plus) and would say overall I did have a good time, as long as I wasnt in the room. The pool was nice and spacious, however loungers arent great. The food was ok most times. The staff were also very friendly. It was also located in a good spot. However, when arriving in the room, I was met with a sofa bed. A horrible, creaking, uncomfortable sofa bed, which isnt what was advertised. Also a smashed lamp shade, a busted balcony door and a light which kept blowing bulbs. The toilet also was coming away from the floor so kept trying to fill as I rocked around on it. I did pay for the wifi which was good, but this didnt reach my balcony or far side of the pool. I did get the tv remote with a 20€ deposit so I had some company but it wasnt tuned right, so could only get a handful of channels that weren't english so that was a waste of time. Whilst most other guest were nice, there was a domestic fight in the hallway at 12am one night and then on my final night new male guests arrived next door and decided to have a very loud evening shouting instead of talking. As my room had an internal door between rooms all noise transferred and they kept trying my door handle which did worry me at one point as a solo woman. Not the hotels fault I know, but havent had a problem in the past. Unfortunately I cant say I would return if I came back to this resort and would stay somewhere nicer and just pay a bit more money.

My mother has just left this hotel she is 84 years old. She arrived very early in morning due to airport issues no food or beverages. The room she was given had shower over the bath she suffers with arthritis. No room change available. No drink facility’s in room have to pay for Kettle, no remote or plug in bath another thing u have pay for yes u get it back at end of the week.plus pay for a mug for a week. If she had paid all this she would had little money. This was an all inclusive holiday I’m sorry she had to walk down n up 2 flights of stairs to get food she suffers with angina n asthma. ( I didn’t book this holiday or her) my late father cousin did. She won’t be coming back. I’m sorry but not everyone can afford to pay for the basic thing that should be available. Wouldn’t be even a 2* in my mother’s experience

Please try and go with an open mind, as already stated this is a 3 star hotel and not 5 star. We went for 10 day's had no issues with the hotel, food was good rooms cleaned every day and towels changed. The 1 cup rule was fine because it keeps the rubbish down and areas clean and tidy, pools were great, bar staff work hard to keep you topped up. All staff were great and I would definitely go again. If people want 5 star when you have paid for 3 book elsewhere.

Not the greatest hotel I’ve been to, food edible but same every day, saw rat droppings on the floor one morning 🤮pool ok beach is nice only 10 min walk, sun beds very uncomfortable very little shade lack of umbrellas . All in all not for me don’t see why people would return year after year, but that’s my personal opinion

Was worried when reading reviews . But me and my daughter loved it. Great room two single beds . Good aud con room cleaned every day . Staff all lovely . Great drink selection . Mojitos are lovely. 3 brilliant pools . Never a problem getting a sunbed. We used to go down at 10 and still a few to choose. Meals are OK always nice salads fish near snd potato chips . Soup fresh breads. . Nice Mexican night on Wednesdays. Pulled pork on Thursdays. Entertainment was great on day liadx on for adults and kids. Night tine starts at 8.30. Mini disco then at 10. Like a variety show. That involves kids and adults to participate in. We really enjoyed this getting involved . Beach 10 minutes down a path. Beautiful. Never seen sea like it. We had a fantastic time. Sorry to leave. Will definitely be back
