Chambre confortable et propre mais gros problèmes d'insonorisation. Repas et petit déjeuner variés mais des efforts à faire sur certains plats surgelés qui ont vraiment trop le goût de l'eau. Le spa est agréable car nombre de personnes limité et horaires sans enfants mais l'eau, le hammam et le sauna ne sont pas assez chauds pour se détendre. Espace salon bar très bruyant entre les enfants qui jouent et la radio trop forte. Ensemble bien mais des améliorations à apporter

I would rate this hotel as 3 star based on a few relevant factors. We stayed full board and found the food to be repetitive and bland each evening to be honest. Cheap cuts of meat, god knows how many potato variations on offer? Even the soup was Potato. Lol I found the breakfast trays were not changed frequently, so often eggs, sausages Etc luke warm at best. On the plus side, I will say that my partner enjoyed the salad selection on offer most evenings. I also thought the desserts were quite nice on occasion The outdoor pool is very small, more of a garden pond. The indoor spa?? Has no gym, again a very small pool and the sauna and hammam were too cool to see any real benefit. Disappointing for me on the whole as the training facilities are important to me. The website pic's give the impression that this hotel is right on the beach. It is not although only a short walk away. The staff in the hotel are all friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff all very pleasant.However, it is expensive. 30 Euros for a gin (double) and bailey's. 12 Euros for a 1 hour session at set times for the Spa (non inclusive) 57 Euros to extend the room for 6 hours on the final day Etc... I guess the endorsement that counts is would we return to the hotel bernat II and sadly for us the answer would be no.

Personal amable y muy simpático en todas las zonas del hotel,especialmente en el bar comida buena y variedad volvería a repetir sin duda,todo muy limpio,personal atento siempre,todo muy correcto,calidad precio estupendo.Aconsejo para parejas,familias,etc...

Vamos todos los años para carnaval dado que participamos en la rua desde hace unos 10 años aproximadamente. El hotel hace su función de alojamiento pero, a mi parecer, no es un 4 Estrellas. Las habitaciones están bastante anticuadas, los colchones no son nada cómodos, sobretodo el de la cama de la triple. Puede que hayan reformado algunas partes pero las habitaciones básicas siguen igual. Por otro lado, las toallas de ducha son muy pequeñas inclusive para personas de talla estándar y, el uso de sobres para los amenities es bastante poco ecológico y poco útil. Por otro lado, la zona de recepción es muy bonita y el desayuno es abundante y bueno. Aunque el hecho de no dar ninguna posibilidad de early check in es bastante incomodo sobretodo para los que llevamos los trajes de carnaval y no podemos dejarlos en consigna.

Company marketing and policy regarding additional hidden payments They do not inform about additional payments for the pool. The place is not friendly to children, there is nothing except billiards, so small children have no place to spend time with their families, and they cannot go to the swimming pool with their children after 5 p.m. And from the morning only in the middle hours which are intended for sightseeing. The food is cold, they serve the same thing every day, eggs, bacon, sausages, fish, chips, like in a public canteen, but there is a microwave, there are reservations, so ordinary hotel residents can't sit anywhere, water is paid like the rest of the drinks, twice as expensive than in a store, the staff almost stands over the customer, waiting for the plate when you finish, which causes discomfort. In the cafeteria, groups of waitress girls are standing around, guessing, I had a hair in my plate, and none of the waitresses have their hair tied up, maybe they get commission from the table, a strange way of motivation. The rooms are impeccably clean, the cleaning team is very nice and helpful. I think the hotel's rating is overrated Company marketing and policy regarding additional hidden paymentsThe Ibis hotel has fewer stars than the Bernat 2 hotel, but it is cheaper and has the same standard

Calidad precio excelente,el jefe de sala Alfonso muy buen servicio y atención al igual la camarera restaurante tanto en cena como comida Natalia muy atenta, servicial,muy amena hablando y atendiendo a los clientes sin dejar de hacer su trabajo al 100% 👏 la comida muy buena en conclusión servicio y atención excelente . las habitaciones bien podría mejorar la comodidad cama y la amplitud habitación estándar doble .

We had an amazing holiday, the staff is friendly, nice food, we would definitely come back ,there is just few areas that may need some improvement like renovations as our room had few broken tiles .
