Hotel Terramar

The staff are rude and aggressive. There is absolutely nothing for entertainment There is not snacks ice cream for children the food Is vile and no option for children no labels on what food is. People have been robbed of their suitcase witch was ment to be in locked room I was robbed of my money and the staff laughed in my face. People have smashed rooms windows and didn't get kicked out but kicked out an incident man for no reason and he had 2 nights left. Wouldn't let him charge his phone leaving him stranded. There is glass in the pool no first aid kid I have to first aid a child who had glass in her foot and had to buy my own first aid kit. The man George makes out he is nice to your face but he's a back stabber and courses trouble for hoilday makers. Please listen to all bad reviews as they are true I wish I did as I've had the worst hoilday of my life (pontins it's a million times better than this place). A man made a complaint and as he walk off the staff put it in the bin. The manager is absolutely aggressive she shouts in your face when with young children. When going Out to shop the people of the town asked were we stay when saying hotel terramar they say no it need closing down its the worst hotel here.

The managers are a joke. George is a Jake ball and he will antagonise you. Francis the barman is sound. Except when they try and give you non alcoholic drinks. (Watch out for that) It is run by completely incompetent staff. The food is good. The drinks are decent. The beds aren't comfortable. All in all it was a nigh**are! I would never go back here. Also the cleaners are terrible! Best thing about it was the people I met. Especially one.

Was absolutely horrendous, paid for all inclusive on what was supposed to be our honey moon but ended up in tears. Room full of ants drinks limited , only beer that was offered was luke warm cans of carlsburg and u have to pay extra for anything else. Always ran out of ice , cocktails were cheap vending machine ones , food was awful had bad stomachs , room was very dirty and outdated. Only okay part was the pool but there were limited sun beds and the outside area was so small that there was no separate area for adults or kids so it was full of screaming kids. Callela itself nice place but hotel was awful . Spent all or money having to eat out due to how bad food was. Hotel needs shutting down and re-branding absolutely ruined our honey moon don't be fooled by the good photography in the pics .

This hotel is OK, pool area with places to sit or lounge , we didn't use the bar but had breakfast every morning . That was OK. Rooms are basic but OK for changing n sleeping , go out the hotel head left and your in the main street in Callella . Shops , resturants , bars McDonald's haah, the loom right your at the beach . Its a gorgeous clear water clean beach , lots of places to eat and drink around and the train runs all the way along side the beach front all the way to Barcelona. I'd recommend this for a shirt stay . Close to everywhere you would need . Beach , train station ,bus route , nice

I regret booking this hotel for my holiday in calella spain. The hotel is old and dirty, the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, and the food is awful and boring. The room was tiny, smelly, and noisy, the bed was hard and squeaky, and the bathroom was disgusting and broken. The Wi-Fi was useless, and the TV did not work at all. The pool was small and filthy, and the beach was crowded. The hotel is in a dull and noisy area, with nothing to see or do nearby. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a nice holiday in calella spain.

We went to this hotel and was a bit paranoid after reading all the reviews. I can honestly say the only thing that ruined our experience here was the other self centred guests. The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely especially Tony (believe it or not after all the reviews) if you’re polite with him, he’s polite with you. The food is pretty basic yes, but when you’re paying for a cheap hotel then what do you expect?? We wouldn’t personally go back here but the only reason why is because of the type of people the hotel attracts. People moan about the food yet they’re quick enough to queue outside the dining room door before it opens, then pile their plates up as much as they can so other people have to wait for more food. We ended up eating out most times and this is not down to the hotel, just the people that go there. I think if this hotel puts their prices up they will do a lot better, especially with the location .

Well to begin with....we were met by some drunken guests saying if you're going to stay here don't eat the food because its awful, the staff are rude etc. Well we had a lovely surprise!!. The food was very good,we only stayed 4 nights so not sure how repetitive it was. The rooms were cleaned daily the shower was amazing . The only downfall was everybody's balconies were open so no privacy at all. The people writing the bad reviews are the people who pay pennies and expect the world. I would return without a doubt. Also Tony the bar man was very polite to us because we were polite to him not like a lot other bits who were there

Very outdated beds was like sleeping on concrete not much food to choose from on all inclusive I am diabetic they had no zero added drinks they all had sugar in worst hotel I stayed in would not recommend

This is the worst hotel I have ever stopped in! Please believe me when I say, do not go and all reviews are true. Tony the barman was so rude and all he did was swear and mutter nasty stuff to me and my children. Would only serve me one drink and wouldn’t even give me a drink for my small children. The food was not edible and there was no children’s option. We had to eat out every night!
