Niente da dire sul personale, gentile e cortese.
Stendiamo un velo pietoso sul resto, muffa ovunque, muri bucati dall'umidità, soffitto pericolante, mobili sfondati, richiesta camera 'non fumatori' e sapeva da ciminiera, aperta l'acqua della doccia ed usciva gialla per il primo minuto...
4 stelle dove? Lascio parlare le foto.

Ho soggiornato 1 notte - camera 114 -, ottima esperienza. Albergo datato ma nell'insieme tenuto bene. Personale cortese e professionale. La camera, ampia, e molto funzionale. Ottimo bagno. Ottima pulizia. Colazione davvero buona con dolce e salato, personale di sala molto gentile e premuroso.

Hotel situato a breve distanza dall’uscita autostradale con parcheggio privato e centro commerciale di fronte.
Camere ok per dimensioni e pulizia. Cavi elettrici e della tv in bella mostra a lato della scrivania. Letto abbastanza comodo. La via di fronte per fortuna é poco trafficata perché le finestre non isolano il rumore esterno. Tv piccola ma funzionante. Check in rapido. Personale abbastanza freddo ma efficiente.
Ok per una notte di passaggio ma non ideale per lunghe permanenze.

hotel comodo all'uscita di Calenzano, molto grande con molte camere.
caera nella norma come dimensioni lo stesso dicasi per il bagno.
la struttura è un pò vetusta e risente dell'età.

It is absolutely not a four (4) stars hotel. Hospitality and welcoming is deficient . Hotel staff was not friendly and not helpful . The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and renovation . We had water coming in the room from the shower and the air conditioning was making so much noise. We had to change room. The breakfast was basic. Only thing positive was the location, parking and the restaurant next door I do not recommend this hotel.

Camera da letto squallida, pavimento rovinato e in qualche punto staccato, bagno fatiscente, mobili rotti alla basi come se si fosse allagato, muffa sotto la finestra con il battiscopa staccato, frigo bar con elenco di diverse bevande contenente solo acqua, nessuna accessorio tipo ciabatte usa e getta, oppure accessori per il bagno tipo filo interdentale etc etc, dosatore bagnoschiuma ma non quello per lo shampoo, televisore 21 pollici con decoder aggiuntivo. Che dire una stamberga risulta essere più curata.
