"We did loved this hotel most. Receptionist was friendly and did speak good English. Room was very nice and clean. No kitchen working for evening meal. Breakfast was lovely. Centre is 10 min drive away with loads of restaurants where to have a bite. "

"Don’t trust their booking system. I made the reservation 4 months in advance and got an email confirming it. I also spoke with Angela by the phone. On the day we were supposed to check in, I wrote them an email asking for the check in time. Their answer was “ We are sorry but the hotel is full and we don’t have your reservation”. Unbelievable, right?!!! We were already on our way there! They offered to help us to find another hotel, but their suggestions had nothing to do of what kind of experience we were looking for and were more expensive than why we have booked with them. We had to find another hotel last minute and ended up spending much more money than what we have planned. Terrible experience!"

"We had booked and paid 7 months before arrival. The accommodation cancelled the booking 6 days before arrival (!!!) without any reasons! We had tickets for the Moto GP race in Mugello, which took place at that time. Therefore, it was almost impossible to find rooms for 4 people at the short term!"
