Très bel hôtel ; très bon petit-déjeuner
Chambre grande et confortable.
Petit hic : notre chambre n'était pas prête quand nous l'avons récupérée à 14h30 (heure d'arrivée annoncée à 14h). Ce n'est pas grave en soi (ce sont des choses qui arrivent et nous n'en avons pas tenu rigueur), mais comme on nous a quand même donné la clé sur le moment, cela nous a quelque peu surpris d'entrer dans une chambre qui n'était pas encore faite...
Egalement, à avoir en tête, les transports en commun sont complexes pour rejoindre Florence : préférer vous garer à l'entrée de la ville à proximité d'un terminus de tramway pour plus de facilité.
Ces quelques points ne remettent pas en cause la qualité de l'hôtel et du service proposé et de la gentillesse du personnel : c'est bien le seul hôtel de notre séjour en Italie qui proposait une bouilloire dans la chambre :)

Ho soggiornato 1 notte durante un viaggio di lavoro. Camera piccola e non perfettamente pulita, arredata in modo semplice. In camera è presente un piccolo televisore, climatizzatore, minibar. Bagno, altrettanto piccolo, corredato di tutto il necessario, con box doccia ben funzionante. Le camere sono poco insonorizzate e se avete dei vicini di camera rumorosi ... beh sentirete tutto ! A colazione un piccolo buffet a disposizione di buona qualità. Personale cordiale e disponibile sia in reception che al bar/sala colazioni. Purtroppo per un mio errore ho sottovalutato la camera singola, in quanto veramente piccola, quindi l'esperienza non è stata il massimo. Pagamento bancomat/carta di credito senza problemi. Dalle vetrofanie presenti, dovrebbe esser accettata anche Amex. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio ce ne sono due a disposizione dall'altra parte della struttura. Entrambe non sono ad utilizzo esclusivo dell'hotel. Non penso ci possano essere problemi di disponibilità, ma meglio tenerlo in considerazione.

Premetto che non ho mai fatto una recensione negativa ma aver discusso per uno snack non preso per un quarto d'ora mi sembra esagerato. Arrivati al check in non ci hanno saputo dire neanche gli orari della colazione. I cuscini assolutamente non confortevoli. Ci siamo fatti una grande risata anche perché il bidet era sotto il lavandino, per via degli spazi dei sanitari molto ristretti. Colazione povera, inadeguata e con le mosche sul mangiare. Al fine del pernottamento ci siamo imbattuti su questa famosa discussione dello SNACK NON PRESO. Il titolare non ci ha specificato né la camera e né l'orario in cui questo snack è stato preso. Che dire? Ottimi professionisti.

Mi complimento con tutto lo staff dell'albergo. Lo scorso fine settimana ci sono venuti a trovare dei parenti e gli abbiamo fatti alloggiare presso l'hotel Valmarina , Abbiamo trovato immediatamente un ottima disponibilità al momento della prenotazione ed un ottima accoglienza all'arrivo. Servizi impeccabili, camere pulitissime, ottima e abbondante colazione. Grazieeee

Di passaggio da un lungo viaggio. Hotel perfetto per una notte. Vicino all autostrada. Pulitissimo Staff cordiale ed educato Colazione buona. Rapoorto qualita prezzo ottimo. Chiaro che è un hotel vicino all autostrada e alla zona industriale. Non ti puoi aspettare un 5 stelle lux.

Un accueil très sympathique.
Les chambres sont un peu étroites, particulièrement la salle d'eau avec une douche toute petite et très peu d'eau pour se laver. Un très bon restaurant juste à côté.
