There was a discrepancy between the online room description/reservation and the room that we were given but was eventually resolved.

Good place. We stayed three adults and two pets one night. It is well located and has a shopping center next to it. It is close to the main places we wanted to see. The best: spacious and pet friendly room. To improve: the room smelled of humidity and several were noticeable on the ceiling (it was the 4th floor). The sink has a leak, a lot of water is wasted.

They gave me a room that was not the one requested, I paid for a suite and they gave me a simple one with a single bed. With the argument that there was no more!!!!

Very bad experience, terrible to say the least. My entire stay without hot water, they told me lies, they never solved it or changed my room. Every day a new excuse...in short, not recommended.
