Best Hotels in Cali, Colombia

I recently spent two weeks at this hotel and totally loved it. The staff is friendly and kind, the rooms are nice and modern, the rooftop lobby area is super cool, the location across the river is very pretty and it is completely safe. The breakfast is nice and the offerings for meals in the late afternoon/night are good. They have other services like laundry and good taxis are also available,

NH Cali Royal is a high quality hotel although the price is very accessible and much lower that one would expect. The bedroom was very large and comfortable. I slept perfectly every night 5 star hotel room at 3 star prices. The restaurant staff are amazing and helpful at all times. This applies to the front desk staff as well. The only negative thing was that the safe in my room was unuseable. I reported this but no one fix it during my stay. There was also a large crack in one of the windows.

This hotel is located on a VERY busy street; luckily, they have a private garage. The rooms are super small for a party of two. So small that they improvised a closet with two pieces of wood in the corner of the room. The beds are SUPER uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are sleeping on the floor. Our first night, we contacted the front desk at 2 a.m. to complain about the beds and to request another room, and they confirmed that all beds are the same and that they have received plenty of complaints about the same thing. The buffet breakfast was a joke. Cold food, no flavor, and not enough variety—I will not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay there again!

Oh how I love this hotel and the staff. I stayed at the hotel for seven days and had nothing but the best experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and at peace while traveling alone. I had no fear and was able to enjoy Cali and all that it had to offer. I will be back again Jan. See you soon Hotel El Penon.

This is my second time in the Hotel Spirito by Spiwak. I had to come back again because of the perfection that this hotel has. And this time, I am already staying like two months. And I brought all my workers to rest in this hotel. It is amazing place for vacation, and at the same time, perfect place for business. It has good Wifi, atmosphere is fresh, interior design is very nice, room is very clean, fitness center is well prepared, swimming pool is well made with the food delivery service, breakfast has variety of foods with freshness, and the staffs are attentive and passionate. Especially the manager Mr. Gustavo is always willing to help in anything I need with full of his passion. He is not just passionate but professional in serving the visitor. Because of his kindness and profession and passion, I will definitely come back here. I would recommend this hotel to all of my people.

Very GREAT i loved it. This is a very great place to stay. Very first class I loved my stay. The staff was great the service was great. It is A-1 quality.My only problem is your trying to make me do to much characters take this off your survey. You got the point I have a problem with you still making me type in this review this is to much.
