This is a beautiful hotel, very clean and professional front desk service. Dinner (salmon) in the restaurant is excellent, not to mention the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend NH Hotel.

The breakfast is very rich, much better than the breakfast in the Bogota Hotel! There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, which makes it feel like a vacation. The waiters are also very friendly. There is a relatively safe white hotel taxi at the door, which is about the same price as uber, very good!

Rooms need a deep renew. They are in bad conditions. Bathroom, Furniture, Floors....... are in very bad conditions.

La habitación estaba totalmente descuidada, la base cama estaba muy desgastada y habia mucha humedad en el closet. El gimnasio con solo una caminadora disponible las otras fuera de servicio. Al salir me querían cobrar un consumo en el Minibar que no realice. Nada recomendado.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas se les olvidan muchas cosas. En las habitaciones no hay secador de pelo, hay que pedirlo y se demooooooora. No hay ni una botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación en un país que el Agua no la deben tomar los extranjeros. Y los amenities de aseo son prácticamente inexistente. Muy básico para un hotel 4 estrellas en una visita de negocios.
