卡利的氣候真的很宜人。酒店送的免費飲品，很贊。酒店裝修有點陳舊，但房間空間大，糟糕的是入住第二天白天樓上在裝修，很吵，影響休息和工作，答應中午12點前通知換房間，結果到下午一點也沒通知。直接跑到前台找大堂經理過來解決，後來給換了一個房間，南美人的響應速度確實可以。

The overall condition of the hotel is outdated.
The cleanliness of the room is very good, the room is large and you can see the view.
The soundproofing outside is very good, especially the breakfast in the restaurant next to the swimming pool.

Amazing staff! everyone was so kind and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay there because of how friendly the staff was. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Sus empleados e instalaciones hacen de una excelente estadía. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, además mi habitación contaba con una vista espectacular de la ciudad de Cali, el desayuno tipo buffet muy variado y rico.
