The room was nice, but it was a bit noisy at night when there was a song and dance performance. But it is convenient in every aspect, there is a shopping mall downstairs. Lots to eat. Shops, department stores, and supermarkets not far away. There is no drinking bottled water in the room.

Hacia meses no regresaba a Cali. Reconozco que hotel Spiwak sigue siendo mi primer opción en mi bella Cali. Que chevere es encontrarme con recepcionistas empaticos que me ayudaron en mis solicitudes, me gusto que se observan espacios renovados para compartir con mi mascota. Gracias.

The front desk was horrible when I checked in. They demanded my credit card and wrote down the information in a piece of paper where anybody can take a look. they wanted me to sign a blank paper with the credit card information. they demanded an immigration document I did not have and it is not required by local authorities. They photocopy my passport and they got upset when I asked what will you do with the copy once I am gone. They told me that if I don't give up my credit card information in a piece of paper then I cannot staty there. I was forced to stay because it was 11 pm at night.
Check out was easy and simple but they kept my credit card information written in a piece of paper. Bad experience overall.
