Our room had a heated bathroom floor and toilet seat! We were mere steps away from the Inn's excellent coffee shop with breakfast bites. The Inn is on a quiet street, but a short walk from stores, restaurants, and city park. Best of all were the staff, especially Nicole and Lola. They made us feel so welcome and had great senses of humor.

This little inn is a perfect getaway spot for Calistoga. It is perfectly located for easy walking access to downtown, restaurants and spas. The rooms are beautifully furnished, spacious, well appointed and quiet. Sam’s General Store, located on the property, offers delicious breakfast and lunch options along with espresso drinks. Best of all was Nicole, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extra special. We will be back!

Loved the location and room. Comfortable beds and quiet settings. Only comment was wish the maid/cleaning services had come in later and been better communication with them. They knocked and almost walked in without checking. Otherwise great stay.

It was a magical weekend! We particularly loved the mobile check in and perfect combination of technology and hospitality. The staff provided anticipatory service at a distance but we’re available for any face to face needs. Room was impeccably appointed and the in room amenities were spot on and unique from any other place we stayed. They added personal touches for the occasion (birthday & anniversary). We will definitely be back!

Just home after a couple of days in Calistoga. We were a bit nervous about staying at the Brannan Lofts because there were few reviews since it's brand new. But it was fantastic. Great set-up with a little kitchenette, a great bed, and a comfortable seating area all made even better by extra indulgences like higher-end appliances, a heated bathroom floor, and a responsive, generous-spirited innkeeper.

Fantastic hotel - hidden gem in Calistoga!
One of the best hidden gems in Napa Valley. I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in Napa for business or pleasure and this hotel gets it. They have many features and items in the room that other hotels don’t think of - a cell phone de sanitizing station, a diffuser, heated bathroom floors, heated toilet, waterfall shower, a hair straightener and an ionic hair dryer just to name a few. The bed was very comfortable and the room was easy to access. I also love the adorable courtyard with the fire pit along with the general store and the cafe. I will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely Perfect!
As a Christmas gift, our kids gave us a gift certificate to enjoy The Wine Train out of Napa. Since we had previously stayed at the Brannan Inn in 2015 and had a pleasant stay, we chose to book again. We were pleasantly surprised to see many fabulous improvements to the Inn. The rooms have been updated and the Inn has been remodeled. We had several meals at Sam's General Store, another change since we had been there. The room was very comfortable, with fabulous bedding and a wonderful bed. I felt like I could melt into the mattress. I rarely use the toiletries provided in hotel rooms, but the ones readily available to us were upscale and well chosen. Nicole, the Inn Keeper, was friendly and helpful, and was always available. I had a few questions while we were there, and she was always quick to answer. We enjoyed our short walks into the town. There were several places to shop and many nice restaurants that served delicious food. From our room, we could hop on our bikes and ride through the vineyards. We discovered many peaceful neighborhoods for sightseeing and discovered that Calistoga is a very lovely town.
Overall, I couldn’t imagine a better stay.
