Excellent! The best of all the human staff!!! Starting with the receptionists, the restaurant staff, the spa, the pool and the two bars, animation, the cleaning girls. It has been a very good experience!!

What a wonderful hotel! Warm welcome with free drinks, breakfast voucher. We stayed in apar**ent 34, it was massive! Apar**ent was clean and has everything we needed. Could do with more chairs on balcony, but that's all. Had a full body massage in the Spa, wonderful experience. Pool area safe and secure, very easy to get a lounger on the two occasions we used the area. Will definitely come back!

Thank you for an amazing weeks holiday. Your hotel is very smart, clean and very helpful friendly staff. Drinks prices very reasonable too. Great location right on sandy beach and good connections for local buses. Plenty of places to eat nearby. We will defiantly be coming back :)

Our second visit here, although sadly our room was a lot smaller than previous visit. Beautiful hotel, staff work so hard to please, gorgeous pool area with delicious cocktails. We love everything about it xx Breakfast has so much choice and everthing was so fresh and delicious. We will be back xx

Super luxe hotel, alles is goed verzorgd. Vriendelijk personeel en een hele goede sfeer. Ook mijn derde keer in dit hotel is mij heel goed bevallen. Ga zeker terug, misschien wel in het naseizoen. Lukt dat niet dan zeker volgend jaar. Wegens ziekte ontstond er een probleem waarover we in overleg met de receptie eerst Tui hebben benaderd. In het eerste contact met Tui vonden we gehoor voor het probleem om vervolgens afgewimpeld te worden door Tui. Bij de receptie van het hotel vonden wel begrip voor het probleem en zij kwamen direct met een oplossing. De medewerkers van de receptie hebben het mogelijk gemaakt dat we toch verder van onze vakantie hebben kunnen genieten. Heel veel dank daarvoor. Tot ziens!!!

Es la segunda vez que voy. Nos encanta. Fue un descubrimiento al que no paro de recomendar. El hotel es perfecto, servicios, limpieza, detalles con los huéspedes, actividades,etc. El personal muy amable y profesional. Espectáculos por la noche muy buenos. Y ahora comentar que he viajado mucho pero es en el único hotel que la comida gana por goleada, un buffet impresionante calidad ,variedad muy bien cocinado, todo riquísimo. Y la verdad ,nunca había repetido de hotel, pues nos gusta cambiar ,pero desde que vinimos al Solimar siempre hacemos escapada para poder disfrutar de todo lo que nos ofrecen . Enhorabuena a todos los que forman parte de el. Y sigan así. Decir que este es de adultos, pero tienen otro aquí también para ir con niños Suitopia. Cadena Estimar.

Nice hotel in a prime location on the promenade and beach. Lovely staff and interior. Stayed B&B which was good - lots of options but quite busy at times with a queue. Small but nice beach bar / pool - only issue was uncomfortable pool beds. Could do with some soft bedding.
