"The location of the hotel is good, just a few minutes walk from the beach, there is a Chinese restaurant and a grocery store run by a Chinese owner next to it, the sand on the beach is very fine and comfortable; the hotel lobby is nice, the decoration of the rooms is very old, especially the shower head, which looks like domestic In the 1980s and 1990s, the door had to be locked hard, which requires special attention; the breakfast variety is quite rich; each room has a large balcony, which is quite good; there is a public parking lot opposite the hotel, free of charge"

"We had a fabulous 2 days here to celebrate New Years. Lovely friendly hotel. The restaurants were amazing. Brad the chef in Komfort was brilliant with us as we had an issue with the HB options. He was the solution master. Food was brilliant after he created 4 courses for us. A big call out to Anibop, he made our stay what it was, welcoming and excellent. Anibop and his team Alesandro, Paul and Moured were first class on the service. Nothing was too much trouble. We had New Year’s Eve at Beat restaurant which was stunning Michelin star food. Sommelier was great on the evening. Highly recommend this place if you want small and friendly with outstanding food on offer"

"Just returned from a fantastic 11 nights. we had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (34) it was on a corner and wow what a view with its lovely wrap around balcony. check in was well explained and key cards issued (you need these to access the lifts to go to the pool area where you get free towels that can be exchanged daily if required.) the apartment was excellently equipped although could do with more than the 2 chairs and 1 table outside when the room is for 4 people?. No rushing for sunbeds as the area is closed until 09:30. the beach is a 1 - 2 minute walk from the hotel with lovely soft sand and a gentle slope into the sea and plenty of loungers (charged locally). excellent Restaurants nearby with good quality food available. drinks in the hotel are comparable with outside and the view from the 360 bar is lovely to watch the sunsetting over Calpe rock. We hired a car for a few days to explore the area, organised via reception (victoria cars) this was so easy and you get discounted parking with the hotel. will be returning excellent holiday."

"Large hotel ,spacious rooms ,you can ask for kettle ,they will bring one up for you .Food in dining room at evening buffet very good ……but I did have problems five out of the seven mornings I stayed there .As a celiac I had to order each evening bread for breakfast ,this became a problem for me as ,breakfast does not start until 8 am ,and as we were on a walking holiday ,I needed to be on the coach at 9 o’clock .Whilst every member of my group tucked into breakfast ,I always was kept waiting whilst my bread rolls were baked ,sometimes up to 20 mins .Whilst I did appreciate the lovely baked rolls ,why could they not be ready at 8 am for me ,as I had ordered the night before .This was quite stressful for me and on one occasion I did burst into tears with frustration !There needs to be a better system in place ,perhaps a quiet corner ,with a toaster and sliced gluten free bread as I have encountered in other hotels in Europe .Apart from this problem ,I had a great stay"

"This hotel is very close to the beach, perfect for relaxing. I encountered a small problem during check-in, but it was resolved with the help of Ctrip. Thank you! The rooms all have balconies facing the sea. The hotel also has a sky bar on the rooftop, offering panoramic ocean views. I went during a weekday, so the price was reasonable. The hotel is usually fully booked on weekends, so plan ahead if you want to book."
