Uno de los mejores hoteles que he probado últimamente: habitaciones amplias y cómodas, terraza con vistas al mar, cuidado por los pequeños detalles de bienvenida y despedida. Buffet variado y de calidad y personal amable y acogedor, dispuesto a ayudar y facilitarte la estancia. Supongo que en temporada alta, puede haber mayores esperas en determinados lugares (ascensores, acceso al comedor, etc...) pero nosotros lo hemos disfrutado a pesar de una meteorología primaveral que nos impidió, por ejemplo, el uso de las piscinas.

Very large rooms and great views. You pay for it, yes, but it's worth it. Varied and quality buffet. The best is the children's club, the best I have seen. One downside, in the reception it is horribly hot in summer, everything is open and a lot of heat comes in from the street.

The hotel, in terms of rooms and services in general, is very good. On the one hand, the facilities are generally well maintained, except for some specific damage in the exterior area. They have a group of about 20-30 children from outside the hotel, from a camp or something like that, who occupy the children's pools mid-morning. They are children between 6-10 years old, who play without control of the monitors, so the hotel's child guests have difficulties enjoying those spaces. On the other hand, the pool for younger children (the one with the slides) has noticeably cold water, which makes it difficult for the little ones to want/be able to swim no matter how hot it is. All this means that these pools, which are really one of the attractions for going to the hotel with children, become a handicap. The miniclub would be an interesting point, but many of the entertainment activities take up large periods of time in which the monitors are not available to take care of the children and the miniclub closes during the hours it should be open. If you want to participate in the activities, it is with the children in charge of the parents (pool party, circus afternoon, escape room...). These activities take up most of the time, and although they are interesting if you want to participate, they give parents very little free time, which is what you are looking for when going to a hotel with a mini club. On the good side, we must definitely highlight the buffet, which is undoubtedly unbeatable. Good variety, quality and quantity, but it cannot compensate for the bad points detailed above, so we will not repeat it.
