Facilities: Very good. I like its small water bar. It has everything including coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and a kettle. I like it. There is a lot of storage space, which is suitable for travelers like us who have a lot of clothes and stuff. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean, but there was no door in the bathroom, which was amazing. It is recommended to install a dry and wet separation glass door.
Service: There are free fruits and fruit tea downstairs. The staff are fluent in English (but not many people know English outside the hotel) and communication is smooth.
Environment: Very close to the train station and just across the shopping mall. Moreover, this hotel is very high and overlooks Lyon, which is very impressive. And it's very quiet, which I like.
Hygiene: No choice, just the quality that Radisson should have.
In summary, the money is well spent.

The location is on a small hill. If you have luggage, it may be difficult. The environment is quite beautiful, but the bed is very short.
Another thing that is more surprising is that the counter already asked me to pay the city tax when I checked in, and asked me for a city tax when I checked out. She was very suspicious and told me that she didn't trust me. It said that the computer showed that the payment has not been made. I don’t know how the computer wrote it, so I asked her to ask her staff directly. From my experience, guests will be charged when they check in. She also showed a very suspicious I will continue to take what I have... 😊 It took a while to check out, it can be seen that there is a problem with the system of this family~

Our hotel is less than 15 minutes from Eurexpo Lyon, Matmut Stadium, and Groupama Stadium. We’re also 15 minutes from Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport. We are about 20 kilometers from the historic city center. Our French restaurant features a garden and terrace, and our 300 sq. m. sunlit ballroom is perfect for events and meetings.

The Hilton DoubleTree Hotel in Lyon offers a passable room with special comfort beds that ensure relaxing sleep. The rooms are comfortable furnished and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay.
However, the hotel is a little remote, which means that it may not be the best choice for travelers who prefer a central location or want to explore the city walking. Connection to public transport could be improved to facilitate access to the attractions and the city centre.

I had the misfortune to stay at this hotel for one night in May 2022 with my mom. At the arrival the receptionist is very nice, aknowledging the fact that we had already paid for the stay through a deal on booking. As the room was not ready yet, we leave for the city centre and as we come back in the afternoon, two other guys at the reception, barely speaking any English or French, hint that we had to pay for the stay. Somehow we manage to be understood and we only have to pay for the ”tax de sejour”. Let's speak about the rooms - I understand that this is an extremely basic hotel, but for the price paid one would at least expect a decent room. Well, this is definitely NOT the case. Rooms are tiny - literally. No hooks to hang clothes, no bathroom shelf, leaving the nice option to leave all your toiletries on the floor. The towels are two tiny towels that might be used to dry your mouth (maybe) after cleaning your teeth - hoping that the sink is not clogged and not fixed (as it was four our case, even after having promptly informed the reception). The TV has NO other channels if not French speaking - I understand we're in France, but haven't you heard of satellite? The AC does not refresh this tiny hole, and even in May, we had to sleep with our windows open not to suffocate What else to say if not: save your money and go else where, for that rate you can absolutely get better accomodation

15min walk from Lyon Part Dieu. Due to construction works, walking and dragging luggage became challenging and not as direct. There was a huge Westfield Mall where you can shop and dine. 10min walk to car rental office. There was a pickup area for us to load up luggage to our rental car just beside the hotel. Check-in process was a bliss. Staff was friendly. Sanitisers were always available. Room was relatively much smaller than Paris hotel. Barely enough space for 2x large luggage. Nevertheless, room was clean and dust-free. Toilet had decent space. Recommended for as a stopover hotel. Probably a night stay.

A pleasant stay. Good welcome, clean hotel. Nothing to re-repeat on the service. We took the breakfast option: quite varied, the dining room is very beautiful. Clean room. Quiet place or a good atmosphere. We haven't tested the restaurant or the swimming pool because the telos was quite fresh.

Facilities: The location is right next to the Part Dieu station, but there is construction around it, so you need to take a detour after leaving the station, about a few hundred meters. The facilities are very new, good sound insulation, capsule coffee machine, and the bed is very comfortable. The lobby bar on the first floor is very lively.
Environment: Surrounded by shopping malls, shopping is convenient. Also very close to Paul bocuse market.
Service: Very warm and thoughtful, prompt greetings.
Overall recommended.

Traveling as a family of 3, we booked the Executive Suite with the terrace, a double bed and a convertible sofa bed.
Our arrival around 1:00 a.m. went well, a call to the hotel the day before allowed us to learn the protocol to follow for late arrivals 👌🏼
The terrace was perfect for morning coffee, minus the coffee but I'll come back to that later.
Breakfast (literally) available downstairs next to reception, in fact the ladies at reception were very friendly.
Unfortunately, that's where the positives end; neither sheets nor covers could be found for the sofa bed, the mattress of the latter being very yellow I preferred to transform it back into a sofa and sleep that way although it has a large recess in the middle.
No coffee machine in the Executive Suite, at least yes: there is a Nespresso in the central cupboard of the kitchenette but no capsule.
Impossible to order anything via the application that they offer to scan either, nothing was available for the big day so you have to plan coffee for the next day?
The shower handle is on a half-broken bracket but it works 🤷🏽♂️
Oh and I almost locked myself in the airlock trying to open the door for my father, since you need the card to have electricity, be careful with the magnetic card.

Après 3 nuits (payées d'avance)passées à l’hôtel du 5 au 8 juillet 2023 j'ai prolongé d'une nuit du 8 au 9 en accord avec l’hôtesse d'accueil paiement au départ avec les petits déjeuners Dans cette nuit du 8 au 9, alors que je dormais, je reçois un appel à minuit et demi du veilleur de nuit pour me spécifier que : comme je n'étais pas venu, il faudrait que je passe régler la chambre. Je lui précise qu'il me réveille et que je suis bien dans ma chambre entrain de dormir. Il m'intime l'ordre de descendre payer de suite ma chambre. Je lui rappelle qu'il vient de me réveiller et que je règlerai avant de partir, comme convenu lors de la demande de prolongation. Il réagit : ”si vous ne descendez pas payer de suite, je monte”. Une vingtaine de minutes plus tard, il vient tambouriner à ma porte. Je me réveille à nouveau et après avoir ouvert, je lui précise qu'il n'est pas question que je descende payer maintenant. Suite à ces incidents à répétition je ne retrouve pas le sommeil à cause de la surprise et de l’énervement liés à son attitude Le matin j'en parle à l'employée de l'accueil qui s'étonne d'un tel comportement. J'estime ne pas être redevable de cette nuit d’hôtel mais l'employée me dit que si je ne paie pas ce sera à elle de payer. Ne voulant pas la pénaliser je paie et elle me promet un appel du directeur Monsieur NOLHO qui ne manquera pas de me dédommager. J'attends toujours son appel malgré 2 relances téléphoniques de ma part. Une telle attitude est inadmissible.
