good first (European) line, public beach, umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach for a fee plow towels - with a deposit of 10 Euro The main contingent is German pensioners The main restaurant struggles to cope with the hotel's high occupancy The staff is friendly, polite and courteous. Public street parking - tight, but there's always a spot The room requires renovation, the plumbing is not up to par

It is a very old hotel, rooms smell very bad and when you report this to reception you are told it is normal, we cannot do anything about it, you paid €140 per night and that is a lite room? And I'll spare you the rest, in short, just an old, dirty hotel.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Great location as right next to the beach. Standard all inclusive buffet food. Nice pool areas and frequent entertainment on in the evening. I would stay here again! I do wish that the bar stayed open later as it seems quite early for being on holiday…
Response from Property: Hi Soph, Thank you very much for your kind words. We’re glad to hear that you found the hotel lovely and well-located, and that you enjoyed the pool areas and entertainment. We take note of your suggestion about extending the bar hours; we are always looking for ways to enhance our guests’ experience. We hope to see you again soon. Best regards, Hotel Vibra Beverly Playa

This review is from the perspective of a family of four. We chose the bed and breakfast package instead of all-inclusive and stayed in room number 616. Arrival at the Hotel - Upon our arrival in July 2024, Tina, the receptionist, warmly greeted us and provided wrist bands after taking our names and phone numbers. She also assisted us with our inquiries. The Room - Our family sea view room with a double bed (two singles pushed together) and two single beds exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, TV, safe, and air conditioning. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea and surrounding beach bars in Paguera. The shower/toilet room was also spacious and well-maintained with a hair dryer installed. The Outside Area - The hotel's expansive grounds included three clean and accessible swimming pool areas, a bar area, ample seating, and easy access to the restaurant area and the beach. Food & Drink at the Hotel - We opted for the breakfast option, which offered a wide variety of choices, including eggs, cereals, fruits, fresh meat, fruit juices, and good quality coffee from the machine. However, the beer selection was limited. Hotel Staff - Tina and the reception team were helpful, as were the diligent cleaning staff and kitchen workers. We were impressed by their hard work, and it was disheartening to witness some guests being rude to them. Things to do - The hotel offered ample activities such as swimming, a gym, pool, ping pong, and dining and drinking at the bar. We enjoyed interacting with guests from various nationalities during our stay. The Surrounding Area - The hotel's beachfront location and proximity to excellent dining options, such as El Galeon, a really extraordinary place to eat. There's a shop right next door to this restaurant. There's also an ATM machine located in the main cark park area of the hotel. The Downsides - While there were many positives, a few frustrating aspects included slow elevators during busy times, limited alcohol choices, occasional issues with the room key card, and the absence of a kettle in the room. Additionally, some guests' rudeness was disappointing, but this was not the hotel's fault.
Response from Property: Dear client Thank you for sharing your detailed experience at Hotel Beverly Playa. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, especially the warm welcome from Tina, the spacious sea view room, and the variety of breakfast options. Your kind words about our staff and facilities mean a lot to us. We appreciate your feedback regarding the elevators, alcohol selection, and room amenities. Your comments help us improve our services for all our guests. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back in the future.

When we arrived at just after 12am we couldnt check in until 2pm which we knew before hand but others may not. The hotel itself is modern and is still being renovated. We had no issues with the room the view from the balcony was lovely and we only booked side sea view. The hotel staff at reception were helpful although we asked a woman the bus routes to magaluf she wrote it all down for us but sadly she sent us in the opposite direction and we ended up in the middle of nowhere stranded and had to catch a taxi with cost an extra €25. Note before booking the hotel is very international whilst we were there there was 39 different nationalities all in all , there was only me and my partner who were british it mostly caters for german. My partner and i felt uncomfortable at times in the all inclusive dining as we had alot of people staring us up and down when all we ever did was smile at them politely. Make sure you have your towels on the sunbeds no later than 8am as they will have all gone , out of 7 days we only managed to get sunbeds on 3 of them days. The town of peguera is lovely lots of shops and restaurants and easy bus routes into places such as camp de mar and santa ponsa. We went out quite a few nights as my partner is a fussy eater and did not enjoy all inclusive but this was our choice. The snack bar was good with burgers and hot dogs 11am-6pm . All inclusive drinks arent the best and we didnt realise until the third day when we were asking for cocktails they were giving us mocktails so make sure your asking for alcoholic cocktails as they just make them with a machine. Elavators were a nightmare and very slow, took us ages get down especially at meal times as we were on the 8th floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we did feel abit out of place being the only English there Animation team 10/10 especially Pedro and Dani and Wi Wi
Response from Property: Dear Courtneyh Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the modern rooms and lovely views. We apologize for the bus route mix-up and any discomfort you felt. Your comments on dining and sunbed availability are noted. We appreciate your kind words about our animation team. We hope to welcome you back soon. Best regards, Hotel Vibra Beverly Playa

This is a really nicely located hotel, surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants with the beach literally only 1 minute walk from your room. I recommend upgrading and getting a sea view room. The bedrooms are nice, but quite small. Only one wardrobe with 6 hangers for 2 people for a week with no drawer space anywhere. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, and is rock solid. For me and my partner this was very uncomfortable. The hotel itself is very nice, modern and updated. The amenities are great with 3 pools, a jacuzzi, and a small games room. The food is great, however I really dislike how busy the dining area is. It is absolutely chaotic trying to get yourself food, and there are never any knives and forks on the tables or salt and pepper, and we find ourselves searching for cutlery for about 5 minutes before each meal. There is no queuing system in place for this hotel buffet, and being British, we always like to queue up whereas some people simply do not care about pushing in and it is extremely frustrating. There are not enough staff at this buffet either, as there were lots of tables full of leftover plates with flies buzzing around and we were only approached once by a staff member the whole holiday to ask if we were finished without food. The food is lovely and there is always something for everyone though. The main issue I have with this hotel are the sunbeds. We went down to the hotel at 9am on our first day and every single sun bed was taken. This is extremely frustrating as all we wanted to do on this holiday was relax but it seems that the sun bed wars have started!! So the next day we went down at 7:15am, before breakfast starts at 7:30am and again, there were about 4 sunbeds left around the pool with the sea view. This is so frustrating as no one is even sat on them, and the pool doesn't open for use until 10am, so this is definitely an issue that this hotel need to fix. When you've spent over £800 per person on a hotel for a week, I really don't want to have to wake up before 7am just to pick a sunlounger, and most hotels have fixed this issue. Also, the nice white sun beds that have the canopy over them that are shown on the hotels websites are only available at a cost of €30 per day and for all inclusive plus members only! So no one can use them. The drink token thing is a good idea to avoid empty cups everywhere, however not great when you want more than one drink at a time (E.g. water and alcoholic drink). The staff in this hotel are good, however it doesn't really seem like there are many of them around, especially in the food buffet or at the bar, where we had to queue for drinks most of the time. Would I return to this hotel? I don't think so. The location would be the reason I would come back, not the hotel unfortunately!

We had a fab time @Vibra Beverly Payer, myself and my fiancée with our 9 yr old daughter stayed here in Aug 2023. To be honest I wasn't overly looking forward to this holiday, I'm a nervous flyer, have travel anxiety and the reviews were not great but I have to say it was one of the best holidays I have had, in fact I have just re booked for 8 days in 3 weeks time. There is some truth in a few of the negative reviews but I really think it is important to do your research and choose your hotel to the experience and standard you require. Do not complaint that your room didn't have a balcony or view when you booked a room with no balcony or view. I have listed below a honest and truthful overview of this hotel. 1. The Staff..... are amazing. Most speak English (their badges show what languages they speak) and if they do not they can use google translate. The are friendly and hardworking. We had a great time with the 2 girls on the entertainment team Tami and Yeimy and my daughter thought they were great. Reception was a godsend, there where 3 staff at reception, a young guy (age19) ang a girl who came from the island who spotted me making a massive mistake booking a tourist attention in a different Palma lol. They have lots of local knowledge 2. The Drinks. This is a typical all inclusive, Branded soft drinks are great (Coke/Sprit etc). Alcoholic brands are a little on the cheap side but I honestly do not understand what people expect???? . the only thing they didn't have which I would have expected is fresh orange juice in the morning (its like cordial). You do have to have a plastic cup but this means no glasses by the pool and there is no plastic or glasses left anywhere so the place stays clean. There are some negative reviews in regards to people no being able to exchange there plastics when they want to leave the hotel into tokens, this sometimes happens at peak times but you can just leave you plastic cup in your room, I have no ideal why this is such a big deal. 3. Food. Typical Spanish all inclusive, If your looking for a traditionally English breakfast this isn't the hotel for you, It has a Spanish variation but it has a fresh egg stand cooked to order, fresh fruit, cereals and pastry's . Lunch and Dinner have loads of options and here is a snack bar with nuggets, burgers ETC. 4. Location. Its 5 steps from the beach and 20 steps from the shops however note...this is not Magaluf. If you are looking for nightclubs they are about 15-20 mins in a taxi. by 12:30 almost all nightlife had closed which being so central is a good thing if you have children. It 25 mins in a taxi from the airport @ 50 euros. 5. Too many Germanys???. People who make this as a comment are stupid. First of all this is not England so why the British expect there to be a large amount of English people is beyond me. There is a mixture of nationality's, British, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese. There is a high proportion of German guests
Response from Property: Dear Lucieb377, Thank you very much for your amazing review about us and your stay in our hotel. You just made our day. Reading your kind words made us proud and happy. To be honest, we printed your commentary and showed it to all our staff in the hotel. We can't wait to welcome you again to Beverly Playa. Wishing you a wonderful day,

Enjoyed our stay , the hotel has a great location and found all areas clean , bedroom could have had more shelving or bedside cabinets. The staff were all very helpful. The food was plentiful and fresh , I need a Gluten free diet and had to ask at mealtime as nothing labelled GF which can be annoying and time consuming as the dinning areas are busy at breakfast and evenings also no Gluten free on display at breakfast but again have to ask and they will provide . Animation staff were very good as were the bar staff and hard working restaurant staff.

Still at the hotel on holiday. Good points first, the view from our balcony and location to the town and the beach. We paid for a superior room which is very clean but an average room. The restaurant is more like a cafeteria, noisy and basic food, best meal is breakfast. Evening meal not so great so far a lot of the food is cold and there is never any cutlery, you have to go searching for it and then end up asking one of the waiting staff who look annoyed when they have to bring out clean cutlery. Every evening this has happened. All week we have been using the double sun lounger day beds, along with other guests, however today all guests we approached by a member of staff with a clip board when you went anywhere near them and told that the management have decided that from today all guests have to pay extra to use them! Hence no one now using them. When I’ve paid nearly £2000 for a holiday I don’t expect to have to pay extra to use a sun bed. Love the resort but will not be returning to this hotel. It’s more like a 3 star.

Rooms were lovely and clean and modern location is beautiful beach very clean with plenty of sun beds in a gorgeous cove with bars on the sea front. But I must say we went all inclusive which was a bit of a let down as food was mostly cold even the hot food was cold, very limited choice for vegetarians which was mostly pizza pasta and chips these were served every day. The free bar was very limited on drinks and again the snack foods had gone cold. This hotel is very German oriented which always got served first when waiting at the bar. The restaurants across the beach front were great for freshly cooked hot food at good price which we decided to eat at in the evenings .

Had a great holiday with a friend for 6 nights in the last week of September 2024. Hotel was lovely and modern, very clean and really spacious. The twin room (424) was a nice size with a great balcony/view of the beach. We opted for bed and breakfast when booking so did not have any dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast we had was fantastic. There was a huge selection of both hot and cold foods, cereals, cakes, breads and fruit also. We particularly liked the amount of coffee and juice machines available. Staff were nice, pools were night and spacious and there was plenty of sun beds. For us, the location was perfect. Right at the edge of Paguera main *****, it’s 50 metres from the start of the restaurants etc, but at the same time pretty quiet in the evening so when you’re done, you can comfortably walk back for a good nights sleep. If I’m being super picky, I think they need more cutlery at breakfast. It’s not the staffs fault at all, but the shear amount of foot traffic during breakfast meant there was often no knives and forks straight away, you had to search for them or wait for the next clean lot to come out. All in all, I would recommend this great hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Paguera.

This is not a 4star hotel. We payed for a luxury room that was very basic at the best.It was clean with a good shower. The view is outstanding. The hotel is not wheelchair friendly.I complained to the hotel manager he explained in an arrogant manner it is possible to walk around the outside of the hotel to get to the restaurant not acceptable.the staff are friendly with the exception of the manager. The food is mostly cold but there is a microwave available. The food is very poor quality and choice but we are still alive. The sunbeds around the pool are comfortable. The entertainment is average Again the location is beautiful the highlight of the hotel.I would never go back because of the poor quality food the worste we have ever had.

Couldn't fault the hotel - wonderful beach front location, spotless, everything in working order, friendly staff, great entertainment, seriously comfortable beds, superb breakfast - so why not all 5 stars? Because the hotel was stylish but generic, which suits many but could have been anywhere and I would have liked it to have a little more Spanish flavour, maybe art, or colour, or tiles etc. Otherwise perfect!
