Spent a week there lovely apartments very clean great location near bars beach shops and restaurants pool lovely would recommend it and would.stat again if i was to bisit palma nova again reasonably priced as well

Beautiful apartments. Spotlessly clean as was the pool area. Very central location Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and attentive. Staff recommended various restaurants to visit and we were not disappointed

Amazing location beautiful Hotel and spotless brilliant staff couldn't do enough for you snack bar is great will definitely be back in the middle of Palma Nova and Magaluf 5 minutes from the beach shops bars and restaurants Olive Tree was particularly good

We stayed for 10 nights in may, the hotel is really nice rooms have everything you need and cleaners come in every other day. We didn't have a pool view but will add the view from our balcony. The staff are all really friendly and nice. Really nice pool area with a pool bar plenty of sunbeds we only had one pool day as we really enjoyed it at the beach which is literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to mallorca very good location close to bars and restaurants woukd definitely recommend

The hotel was brilliant! Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was spotless and the aircon was suberb. Fabulous location walkway through the pool out the back gate leads you directly to the beach. If you need to go anywhere reception will call you a taxi and it will be there within 5/10 minutes. Nothing was an issue for them. Overall really enjoyed my stay here!

We checked in about lunch time & as expected our room wasn’t ready. We left our cases in the secure luggage room & headed to the pool bar for a ‘couple of sociables’ Our studio (city view) on level 1 was lovely, clean & bright with washing up liquid in kitchen & hand soap & shower gel dispensers in the bathroom. Plenty of loo rolls! Being on level 1, we were 2 mins walk from the door to the pool area. Lovely pool area & plenty of sun beds along with a nice reasonably priced pool bar. You could access the beach, bars & restaurants via a secure metal gate using your key card & of course gain entry back into the apartments. Only came back home on Saturday & looking to book for next year Great apartments, lovely staff & a fab location!!!

Very clean room, the air con was fantastic. Beautiful room and view, very close to the beach. Great location close to everything you need but also quiet at night. Lots of sunbeds available. Staff very friendly. Will definitely be back. Thank you sol lunamar

Lovely hotel for our long weekend! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The room was also a decent size. The only slight irk we had with the room is we were on the ground floor facing out to the street so we didn’t feel it was very private so we felt as if we couldn’t leave the curtains open if we were in the room. Apart from that had no other problems managed to get sunbeds at the pool and the food and drinks we tried were lovely!

This is our 3rd time at the Apartments. Arrived for 10 days to be greeted by a lovely lady at reception, as we were already in the system it was fairly quick checkin. Room was lovely and clean, staff from Management to House Keeping work really hard to maintain the expected standard which is nice to see. Staff at the pool side bar were amazing very polite and fun to talk too. Cheese and Onion toasties were amazing. Negatives We were on the 7th floor and had the Premier Sun Terrace Studio with your own Sun Bed outside your door, these are amazing, however we had room 707 so around 15-16.00hrs the sun moves to where the lift shaft housing is and from then on you get no sun, by 17.00hrs you get no sun at all but from rooms 701 to 705 you do till late at night, so avoid 707 and 706 if possible. Key cards were a pain as they constantly timing out which is very annoying when your outside the grounds and attempting to get in through the gate. The Gate for entry to the grounds is locked midnight which to me should be open a bit longer. Your room doesnt get cleaned every day no issue, but had to keep asking for fresh towels every 3rd day and toilet roll. All in all marvelous place lovely people roll on July when we are back.
