Lindner Hotel Mallorca Portals Nous
"The venue has a potential to be a 5 star but services need improving. Thought some staff are very friendly and nice. Particularly one lady at breakfast she was really helpful. What I didn’t like was housekeeping came into my room twice in the morning of check out date (around around 9:30 and 10), they just knocked the door quickly and opened it before I answered as I was naked after the shower!"
Hotel Samos
"Price is good so everything is good when you have this price. Beach is few minutes from the hotel although it is not the best beach in the island but price of hotel is good, so it is good"
The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort
"Less than half an hour away from Palma you can find this perfect place with a great poolside for relaxation and a natural beach. The property and rooms are all beautiful and the hotel has great choices for quality dining. Staff was very well trained and took care of everything professionally. I can't see a reason why I would not stay here again."
Hotel Coronado Thalasso & Spa
"Lovely friendly hotel in a quiet spot . It’s got great sea views at breakfast . Food at breakfast great even g meal was mediocre but staff are lovely and great drinks. Rooms smallish but very comfortable bed .. but toilet is just screened with frosted glass which for uk people probably lacks abit of privacy . The pools were lovely but cold in April they did have waiter service for drinks . It was lovely and clean everywhere too"
Kimpton AYSLA MALLORCA by IHG
"Facilities: Not very new, the temperature control knobs of the bathroom bathtub and shower are broken, but fortunately the temperature is in a usable state. The gym is large, the indoor pool is also large and there are few people! Hygiene: Because it is on the first floor with a private garden, it is inevitable that there are small insects Service: Full marks, every employee of the hotel is enthusiastic and the hotel has electric bicycle rental services completely free! A small episode: There were short-term power outages on the first night. Although it did not interfere, it was inevitable that I was a little disappointed, and the hotel staff did not explain it. Overall, full marks"

"A family of four booked two rooms on the first floor facing the street. It was quite noisy at night. After one night, we discovered the balcony door was broken and wouldn't lock. We were out all day, so luckily, nothing was lost. Pros: Convenient location, right on the beach, plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, and a lively evening stroll. Breakfast was plentiful. Cons: Poor amenities. The Wi-Fi didn't work for three days. The room smelled. At least one of our rooms wasn't cleaned. The hotel has no front desk, and the housekeeping service was mediocre. We hope to see improvements in service and amenities."

"Nice and Clean hotel, The only downside is that there is no free parking space."

"My stay at the hotel was very nice. Generally, I liked everything about the hotel, and I don’t really have any big negatives to mention. The hotel is located a little away from Palma city, in a cute little village. You’d want to stay at this place if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation near the beach and enjoy nature. There are a few nightclubs and bars in the village for some fun and partying, but overall, I found the area pretty quiet. If you need to get to Palma, you can take a bus - the bus station is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and it takes around 40 minutes to get to Palma, depending on traffic, which can be heavy at times, making the trip closer to an hour. I also used Uber a few times, and one-way rides cost between €19-28, depending on the time of day, traffic, and the part of Palma you’re heading to. The hotel is located right next to the beach. It has a very nice rooftop area on the lobby level (2nd floor if I remember correctly) with a swimming pool and plenty of sun chairs. There’s also a bar next to the pool for drinks. My check-in process was easy and smooth. Before arrival, I requested a room on a high floor with a nice view, and I got exactly what I wanted. Plus, I was allowed to check in early, around 1 p.m. My Loft Junior Suite with Sea View (#521) was very nice and modern looking - I absolutely loved its design. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the furniture was in great condition. I loved the big balcony windows that let in plenty of daylight. Having a small balcony was a plus - I enjoyed sitting out there and admiring the beautiful sea view. The hotel provided beach amenities like a beach mattress and towels, and I absolutely loved the cute, comfortable slippers they provided as well. Having a small kitchen was another plus. It had all the necessary amenities, and the refrigerator was pretty big, fitting a lot of stuff inside. The closet was a bit small, and I didn’t really like its location in the kitchen corner. The bed (two Queen beds together) was comfortable, but the sofa was hard and awful - I didn’t even like sitting on it for long periods. The bathroom was quite big, and I liked its design a lot. The bathroom amenities were of very good quality. But I must mention that the water pressure in the shower and toilet wasn’t very strong. The Wi-Fi worked well in my room, but I had a weak connection in many other parts of the hotel. As for the downsides, the biggest issue for me was the annoying housekeeping staff who came into my room once, even though I had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on. Their excuse was that they needed to change the table on the balcony, but I ended up with the exact same table. Weird! Another annoyance was some kind of furniture moving or renovation work happening during my stay. Every day workers were using the elevators to move things, which meant the elevators were full, and I had to wait a long time to get one. A few times, I had to take the stairs instead. On the po"

Hotel Vibra Beverly Playa
"Top-notch hotel, close to everything. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the common areas. Breakfast every morning was fantastic, with a huge selection. The view is heavenly! Despite a child who woke us up at night and kept us from falling asleep because he was screaming and crying... Apart from that, I highly recommend this hotel; it has everything you need for a wonderful stay."
Hotel Cala Fornells
"A fabulous location above a small bay with best swimming I have experienced. Staff were very efficient and room was good with sea view. There are very few options to eat near hotel but a couple of restaurants on coastal route to Peguera - about 10-15 min walk (note are is hilly) and lots in town (15 min steep inland walk or 25 via coast). Lunch was good (salads, club sandwiches etc) on a great terrace overlooking sea. We went for half board which I cannot recommend. Whilst food was good (buffet starters and desserts plus a choice of 3 mains), it was only served from 7-9 and outdoor/ terrace seating is limited. Guests started queuing about 6.50 to get a good table. Good for older generations in terms of convenience but not really our thing. I would stay again but only B&B"

"Great hotel with many repeat visitors. We particularly enjoy the evening entertainment where there is a good atmosphere . It’s in a good location with all rooms having a sea view."
FERGUS Club Europa
"We spent a wonderful few days with our family at this hotel and had a great experience. We really enjoyed the room, the food, and the hotel's location, which was very convenient for our stay. The children absolutely loved the playground and the areas designed especially for them. They had a fantastic time and felt very welcome throughout our stay. We were warmly received by the staff, and we would especially like to thank Diogo at the reception. He was extremely attentive and helpful during our stay, particularly with the children, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a lovely family holiday and would be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!"
Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca
Hotel Petit Cala Fornells
"Breakfast very poor. Cheap quality and “buffet” not as advertised in photos. Wasps swarming breakfast which hotel staff feed with mouldy old meat left to rot in the sun. No concierge available to help take luggage to room. Room dirty with mosquitos squished into the walls. Bed uncomfortable. Light switches filthy with brown stains. Bathroom has no ventilation, windows or extractors making it smelly and mouldy. Hair dryer filthy, not usable. Shower has very low water pressure and temperature jumps from hot to cold. Pools filthy. None were cleaned once during my 7 night stay. I wasn’t able to use the pools as they were too dirty. Riddled with algae, sand, rust and dirt. Indoor pool was even worse than outdoor in terms of cleanliness. Communal outdoor showers also very dirty. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Decking outside damaged with wooden beams sticking up in the air. Trip hazard and very unsightly. Relaxation areas are tired and in need of refurb. Sun loungers must be 30 years old. Dirty and uncomfortable with many broken or damaged. Steam room doesn’t work. Sauna dirty and ancient with no scents to add to sauna coals. Hot tub is a warm bathtub without working functions. Communal areas and corridors inside hotel are filthy and riddled with holes and exposed electrical wires and sockets. Very hazardous. Gym equipment is from 1970s and needs replacing. Not a usable gym. Outdoor stairs to road do not have lighting making the journey up and down very dangerous. No staff available for refreshments or snacks. There are no waiters available near any of the pools. Once you’re in there it’s like a prison in terms of services offered. Reception often unmanned, no lifeguard or staff ever seen in the hotel. This place is really poor. This is not a 5 star hotel. It barely warrants 3 stars. Having made numerous complaints they are not cooperating, have not responded to me and aren't offering any form of refund or compensation. I will be taking legal action to get my money back. Hotel is not as advertised online. Misleading photos and information with many of the facilities either not working or too dirty to be usable. Food prices are astronomical for poor, cheap produce. Nothing is homemade. Shocking hotel."

Aethos Mallorca
"Amazing place, honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!! From the moment we arrived everything felt super personalized and welcoming. The bell staff and the team at the entrance were always ready to help with a big smile and were incredibly friendly the whole time. We especially want to highlight Haizea and Lucas for the amazing attention and professionalism throughout our stay. The concierge service was also incredible and helped us so much through WhatsApp with recommendations and organizing experiences, which made everything so easy for us. We also loved the restaurant service, especially Nina. And the breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. We loved everything about this hotel and would 100% come back."
Finca Can Estades
"I had an enchanting stay from beginning to end. Victor and his family were very welcoming and accomodating. They gave us many recommendations on what to do around the finca. The place is the most peaceful I’ve ever stayed at. You wake up to the birds chirping, and have a delicious breakfast in the terrasse. The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated, the area pool is very nice. I loved the place so much that it was hard to leave, I truly recommend you stay there if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway."
Sol Katmandu Park & Resort
"We are returning again in just a couple of weeks, and I honestly cannot put into words how excited we are. As a SEND mum, daily life can be incredibly intense, exhausting, and unpredictable. Finding somewhere I can truly relax — not just physically, but mentally — is something very rare. This hotel gives me that. It is one of the only places in the world where I feel completely at ease with my son. From the moment we arrive, we are made to feel welcome, understood, and genuinely cared for. The staff go above and beyond in a way that you simply can’t train — it comes from who they are. Their patience, kindness, and warmth towards my son mean more to me than I could ever fully express. They don’t just “accommodate” him — they connect with him. They know his name, they understand him, and they embrace him exactly as he is. As a parent, that is everything. Even in the restaurant, they support us in the most thoughtful ways. If my son drops food or things get a bit messy, they are there instantly — not in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, but in a way that removes pressure. Last year, one of the staff gently told me, “No, you’re on holiday.” That moment has stayed with me. Of course I try to clean up after us, but the care, understanding, and calm they show is just incredible. They make what can sometimes feel stressful… feel easy. And it’s not just the team on the floor — even the manager has time to sit and talk. He really listens and genuinely tries to help in any way he can. That level of care and attention is so rare, and the customer service is truly outstanding. Because of them, I am able to breathe. I can relax knowing my son is safe, happy, and accepted. That feeling is priceless. The whole resort is incredible — spotless, full of life, with endless things for children and families to enjoy — but what truly makes this place special is the people. To make things even easier, they even have a washer and dryers available for guests to use, which is such a thoughtful touch. It means you don’t have to pack loads of clothes, and it just takes away another layer of stress when travelling as a family. We are counting down the days until we return. My son is so excited he wishes he could make time go faster — and honestly… so do I. I cannot wait to go back, to see everything we’ve come to love over the years — and most of all, the most beautiful people who make it so special. Thank you will never feel like enough for how you make us feel. See you very soon, Kathmandu — we cannot wait. ❤️"

"Myself and my partner have just returned after spending a week here. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were lovely. The food was average for a fully inclusive but there was always something that we both liked, especially the breakfast. There were plenty of sun beds either around the pool or in the gardens, though this was very early in the season. The highlight for us though was Gabriel and the entertainment team. They were so friendly and involved everyone without being pushy, so if you just wanted to chill that was fine. We will definitely return Thank you Tracey & Stuart"
Globales Nova
"Fantastic apartments for the money you won't get any better in Parma Nova. The location is probably one of the best spots you could get for the money. The rooms were clean and tidy. Is grateful if you want a little base to go out and eat at night and have to lunch you and there. We didn't try the food there but we don't anyway. Would definitely come back."

"Very nice hotel ,and very clean hotel with friendly staff, most adults, super nice breakfast and good dinner, 3 pools and not far from the boulevard of Peguera, indoor pool and fitness rooms, live artists 3 times a week and own parking place for free,"
Globales Santa Lucia - Adults Only 18
"We stayed at Globales Santa Lucia for a week all inclusive. The location was great with 2 beaches on either side of the hotel, and another only a 5 minute walk away. The atmosphere within the hotel was quite chilled, staff were friendly especially Angie and Alex from animation team who would ask for people to join in with day time activities and bingo of a night time. The bedroom is a good enough size, however we did not like that the beds were 2 single beds pushed together. However, each room has a sea view balcony and there are some lovely views of sunrise / sunset. Very clean and the house keepers would have the beds cleaned and changed quickly within the day. The only issue we had unfortunately was around the food. Each night there is a different cuisine and the first night was Indian. On this night I had awful food poisoning and when talking to other guests, their experience with the food within the restaurant was also not great. The food was either lukewarm or bland. Nothing seemed hot or fresh. However, the snack bar had lovely food during the day such as nachos, wraps, burgers and chips which were delicious."
