Booked for 4 night as a solo traveller, location isn't as central as other local hotels so can be 10/15 mins walk to some place but then it does have the benefit of not being directly in the centre/noise. The hotel is very clean and modern, food is good. The service within the hotel was great no issues and were always on hand to answer any queries or offer support. There is a daily DJ on around the pool,, plenty of options for sitting around the pool.

The hotel, especially the lobby, is very modern and stylish. When you look closely, especially in the room, it is obvious that it is sometimes updated and has become old. The room is small. Too small, the toilet and bathroom are inseparable in the room. It is definitely not recommended for newlyweds or people who are not so open because it has no privacy. The room is also very noisy. Sometimes you will understand what your neighbors say. When the flushing function next door is activated, you will hear the sound of water running down the pipe. These views sometimes disturb our sleep. However, you must stay realistic and say that this hotel is good and worth recommending a three-star hotel. The location is perfect, cleanliness is ok. The staff is very friendly and speaks fluent German. The food is clean but delicious, and the bar meets some beverage requests. As a small highlight, you can highlight the roof terrace with two whirlpools and sauna. The ordinary swimming pool is also very good. We will book the hotel again at any time.

We had a wonderful family holiday at the Valentin Grand Park Suite Hotel. The hotel was a great choice for our trip, and we especially appreciated how much there was for the children to enjoy. One of the highlights for us was the evening entertainment. The shows were really enjoyable and professionally done, with something for both adults and children. It was lovely to be able to finish the day together as a family, enjoying a great show and a relaxed atmosphere. The kids’ club was another big highlight. Our children had a fantastic time there and really enjoyed the activities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable leaving the kids to have fun while we had a little time to ourselves. It was great to see how happy and excited they were to go back. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing family holiday. We would happily stay here again!

So pleased I booked Sun Beach ,apartment was lovely really spacious with the added bonus of a great Sea view . Apartment was so clean and bright,all staff were friendly and helpful. The location was spot on for us ,everything we needed was right outside, restaurants,bars supermarkets and a short stroll to the beach. Will definitely be returning.

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion. When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room. I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mature businesses, convenient for eating and drinking. There is no parking lot, but there are many roadside parking spaces nearby. It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective. The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

Отличный отель. Жила в нем в низкий сезон, поэтому никакой шум с улицы не мешал, спала в тишине. Заселили раньше стандартного часа. Расположение очень удобное, до пляжей с двух сторон пешком пройтись минут 5. Чистая удобная постель, полотенца. Хороший вид с балкона, частично на море. Приветливый персонал, отличные разнообразие завтраки. Единственный недостаток - нет питьевой воды в номере. Пришлось пойти купить, магазины прямо в соседних зданиях. Прекрасный отдых, чистое море, пляжи. Ресторанов вокруг достаточно. Ночью все вымирает с октября до следующего сезона, потусить можно в единственном баре с дискотекой.
