The breakfast was OK but the hot food was not an English breakfast like you can get in other hotels . I came to this hotel to sit around the pool for a few days buy could not as all the sunbeds were reserved and paid for have never had this before and ruined the stay for us

Excelente hotel, la atención de todo el personal, el lugar, las vistas, la habitación impecable, y como si fuera poco un desayuno de dioses!!!! Espectacular!!! Todo el lugar está preparado para hacer de la estadía una experiencia única!!

Super Essen & tolle Lage. Wir waren als Gruppe hier zum Golfen & haben au h über Universal gebucht. Lief alles einwandfrei! Buffet ist super umfangreich & sehr Service aufmerksam. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Der Spa Bereich hat auch alles was man braucht

Superbe hôtel ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 4 nuits avec ma sœur et ma cousine. L’hôtel est très bien placé au bord de l’eau avec accès direct à la plage, on entendait et voyait la mer depuis notre chambre. Le buffet du soir est super, il y a beaucoup de choix et c’est chaque soir différent. La nourriture est excellente, et il y a des snack pour le midi. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon aussi. Le personnel de l’hôtel est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire, ils ont tous été aux petits soins avec nous, et nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier José au restaurant ainsi qu’Isabel à la réception! Le spa est également génial, avec piscine chauffée, sauna, hammam, et des massages! Nous reviendrons, c’est chose sûre ☀️☀️☀️

Die Standardzimmer sind etwas klein, aber sauber + ordentlich. Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche !! Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen reichhaltig und für jeden was dabei. Schwimmbad und Sauna im Preis inkludiert. Massage sehr zu empfehlen, Personal immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Weg zum strand über Treppen.

Wir waren letztes Jahr zu gleicher Zeit hier, leider hat das Buffet sehr nachgelassen...die Auswahl lässt zu wünschen übrig. Obst, Salate wenig Auswahl...es wird alles sehr breit aufgestellt aber wenig Auswahl.. Ajoli selbst nach 2 tägiger Nachfrage gab es nicht. Die warmen Speisen meist kalt...die Teller ebenso... Pfefferminztee sowie koffeinfreien Café gab es auch nicht mehr. Die Service Kräfte waren sehr freundlich...sowie auch das Zimmerpersonal.. die Lage des Hotels super und alles sehr sauber.

I like the Hotel. Friendly people, clean, everything nearly great. The only thing which drives me crazy are the two elevators. Sometimes you have wait several minutes and the elevators are passing my floor several times without stopping. But I would definitely come back.

Vi har haft 3 fremragende dage på hotellet. Værelset fint og rent. Vi fik vasket gulv hver dag på badeværelset.Stort udvalg både ved morgenmaden og aftenbuffeten.Fint at vi kunne tage renset vand hver dag, så vi ikke skulle ud at købe og undgå plastik! Fin underholdning om aftenen.
Personalet var søde og venlige.
Dejligt at man bruge solsengene frit på hotelområdet. Der var ikke langt til havet derfra. Alt i alt i rigtigt dejligt ophold, som jeg kun kan anbefale.
