We love this place this is our second stay. The rooms have everything you need for self-catering. The staff are fantastic really friendly. The cleaning staff are great. Our only complaint would be the beds mattress very lumpy and as you get older this tends to be a real problem. Food and drink very expensive so we ate out a few times. There is a place called the three brothers down near the beach great breakfast and reasonably priced.

Recientemente me alojé en el hotel en Palma de Mallorca y quiero destacar el excelente trabajo del animador Víctor. Hizo que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable con su variado y divertido programa de actividades para niños y adultos. Víctor ofrece sesiones de aquagym, pilates, salsa, juegos de mesa y mucho más. Su entusiasmo y profesionalismo son realmente notables. ¡Gracias, Víctor, por estos momentos memorables!

Lovely complex. Decent entertainment every night, and staff very friendly. Room was good size for family of 4 - maids refreshed room each day. Only con was the zero sound proofing, so you can hear everything. Didn't bother us too much though, but may disturb light sleepers. Surrounding area had plenty of bars and restaurants. Pool was very cold at this time of year - we spent most days at the beach(surprisingly warmer) which is a short walk down the steps across from the hotel. I would highly recommend the Pirate show - 15min walk away. €21 charge for safe for 1 week which I thought was reasonable. Overall, great place to stay and would recommend.

Hotel that alternates good and bad. On the positive side, we really appreciated the availability and kindness of the staff, the good location of the hotel and very good catering. On the negative side, rooms are very poorly insulated from noise (near a busy road) and heating is non-existent and noisy!!!

A highly recommended hotel. accommodation and whole complex was spotless and location was perfect.food,especially the breakfast, was first class, and the staff could not have been better.Son presented with a bottle of bubbly by management for his 18th birthday which was a much appreciated gesture. As a family, we will definitely be returning in the future.Very professional run hotel. Thanks again.

We are just home today from staying here, what a lovely place, room where very clean , we were self catering but tried the food which was lovely! all the staff were amazing with my son who’s only 3 ! Victor from the kids entertainment was brilliant with the kids, the cleaners came every single day and were also lovely! 3 minutes walk to the beach, in a very good location for everything! Everyone here is just so nice we’ll definitely be back!

Flawless apar**ent. Have stayed here several times and returning in September. We always get the ground floor so you have your own little area but the apar**ents with balconies look perfect too. I got the breakfast a few mornings as it wasn’t included in our rate and it’s absolutely fab. The girl at the breakfast desk was delightful. Can’t think of her name but begins with V. The spread is perfect and hot. They could probably do with a second coffee machine. And the coffee is lovely too. Apar**ent’s food and staff are flawless. 10/10. Iv made a request for my return trip in September. We have 3 apar**ents booked. And they said hopefully they can put the 3 next to each other. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
