Just returned from a 3 night break......what a lovely hotel. The room was modern, with a great view of the beach. The buffet food was superb, too much choice and not enough time! Buses stop within a short walking distance and we went into Palma centre. We also walked into Magaluf. There are loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Sports bars, lively bars, quieter places, something for everyone. The hotel demographic was slightly older but we met some lovely people. We are in our 50's. There were younger guests than us. Staff were fab. We had a lovely chat with Sue on our last night. The restaurant and cleaning staff worked so hard. My only tiny moan....the hairdryer in the bathroom on the shortest lead. My pet hate is trying to dry my hair while dodging around my husband in the bathroom. This was our first visit to Majorca, it won't be our last

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location next to the beach, we had a wonderful greeting from Kieth on reception when we first arrived and all the staff were wonderful apart from one, Adrian I think he was called, night Porter, what a nasty miserable unhelpful stroppy guy he was, otherwise we couldn’t fault the hotel

Had a relaxing week away in this hotel in the last week of September. Rooms are modern, clean & all have a lovely view of the beach. Breakfast was fabulous with a great choice ( buffet style) All staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. Pool opened at 9.30, there was always a queue for the sunbeds but we always managed to get a couple. The hotel is in a prime location with an easy walk to bars and restaurants. This hotel caters for mainly retirees who come back year after year as they know a good thing when they see it. We are in our 50s and will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel. Thanks for a lovely holiday and experience.

We have been using the Son Matias Beach Hotel for a number of years and once again they did not disappoint. The staff as always were friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The food and entertainment as always was excellent. It says a lot for the standards of the hotel when almost all of the staff have been there for a number of years and we are welcomed back like old friends. See you in 2025

What a Hotel amazing, lovely staff a big thank you to the House Keepers who keep this Hotel spotless, the people who run the poolside bar work tirelessly keeping the food, drinks and keeping the tables clean, The food is amazing also choices are wonderful and you have everything you req We will be back

A very clean, friendly hotel, excellent food, the staff are all very nice, good entertainment during day and evening, walk in showers in all rooms as well as safes, e very room has balcony and sea view, we return most years, set right on the beach.

We have had several holidays at this hotel and once again we were not disappointed. The rooms are lovely and amazing views. Everywhere in the hotel is spotless. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. ThEe restaurant is good. We look forward to returning to this hotel.

We choose Palma nova as it was a short transfer from airport. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly. As other reviews have said the guests are on the older side but we weren’t bothered by this. Great location. Very efficient bus service to Palma which I would recommend.

An absolutely fabulous hotel in a great position. Just come back from our second visit and totally enjoyed every part of it. The staff are so welcoming and the hotel although small has everything you need Can’t fault it and like many others have booked again for next year
