We were delighted with the hotel! The location itself is very good, everything is close. We had a room with a sea view and it was worth it, it was very beautiful! And special thanks to the chef, there is a lot of food, tasty and varied. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed in an apar**ent-type room for 6 days with our two-year-old and five-year-old children. We would like to visit again. good 1. It is true that there is a slope from the beach to the hotel, but even a two-year-old can walk there. 5 minutes on foot. 2. We stayed in room 776. The room was an apar**ent type with a kitchen, so it was easy to live in. Basically, all the equipment was provided. If you ask the receptionist, they will give you detergent and a sponge. Beach towels are rented out with a deposit of 10 euros each. They will happily accommodate if you want to change them. The deposit is returned on the last day. There are no seasonings. 3. Dinner was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes. It was free for a two-year-old, and it was about 30 euros for two people. I felt that it was good value for money. 4. There is a convenience store-like supermarket 3 seconds walk away. 5. There is a regular supermarket, ALDI, about 15 minutes on foot. There is a slope, so it was difficult for a two-year-old to walk, but it is no problem for adults. 6. Marineland? It is a 10-minute taxi ride to the small aquarium. If you have a large group, it is more economical than the local bus. The aquarium is small, but there are dolphin and bird shows, so the children enjoyed it very much. 7. We joined a tour of Palma Aquarium at the reception. This includes the bus and ticket. This bus goes directly to the aquarium without going to the souvenir shop. The stay time was enough. 8. There were activities such as children's dance programs, which the children enjoyed. 9. The nearby sea has a long beach and a small rocky area, so if the children get tired of the beach, they can enjoy looking for crabs and shells on the rocks. The beach in front of the hotel is long, so we went cycling on a rental bike that can carry 4 people, which was very good. You can rent a rental bike at the shop in front of the beach. bad 1. Everything in the hotel is cash-based. There is an A** in the hotel, but it is a bit inconvenient. There is also a fee. 2. It depends on your taste, but I thought the breakfast was not worth 22 euros. In the end, the children only ate bread, yogurt, and cereal, so we bought some at the supermarket next door and ate it in the room. 3. The airport shuttle bus often stayed at the hotel, but the receptionist wouldn't tell me. The hotel said that you can only call a taxi, and that you have to look up and book the bus yourself. I wanted to know at least the name of the company, but they wouldn't tell me. They must have seen the name of the same bus company hundreds of times (I saw the same bus about five times. I should write down the name when I see a bus). The local bus to the airport is cheap, but the bus stop is in the direction of ALDI. Adults can walk with suitcases, but it's difficult with children. A taxi costs about 45 euros one way to the airport. 4. The affiliated tour is the worst. I booked a tour that allows you to take a boat inside the cave. We met at 9:00 and only had 1 hour and 20 minutes in the cave. First we went to a souvenir shop, then a jewelry shop, and finally arrived at the cave. There was more than an hour of lost time. So 69 euros for three people is too expensive, so I don't recommend it. The kids got bored and started to get fussy. There were a lot of tourists at the cave, and there was a long line to get in. Since everything was included in this 1 hour and 20 minutes, we were only in the cave for about 40 minutes. The boat ride in the cave takes 2 minutes, but the waiting time is more than 30 minutes, so it is physically impossible to get on in time for the tour bus meeting time. I recommend renting a car. This is the only worst thing about this trip.

The hotel staff is very good, highlighting Julia from Reception far above all. His attention to detail and making each client feel at home has been the best. Very good facilities with a large solarium area and excellent services. The buffet is very varied and of high quality. The rooms are very complete and renovated with a kitchen included with all the necessary utensils. Definitely to repeat!
