Hôtel super en famille et avec des amis; le personnel est au top, très accueillant, aimable et aux petits soins avec tout le monde. Point négatifs: bruits la nuit, cela est engendrés par les autres clients qui ne respectent pas autrui. Les portes vitrées de la salle de bain pas super surtout quand on est 4 à dormir dans un studio. spa eau froide!!

Clean and lovely. Drinks were well priced. Friendly staff and professional. Comfy and spacious family rooms. Great pools and spa and gym. Food selection was wonderful with lots of vegetables and salads. Water pressure in showers were amazing. It was not noisy in our rooms. Lots of kids entertainment. Close to shops and beach and magaluf for those who want to party. The pool loungers were devine

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in, and I have been to a lot, being in the travel industry myself. Excellent location near to the beach in Palmanova. The hotel is spotless. Fantastic food and a very standard. Rooms clean and very comfortable with everything you need. The staff- what can I say! Everyone works tirelessly, always helpful and with a smile. From reception, housekeeping, entertainment, kitchen, restaurant and pool lifeguards keeping us safe, everyone plays their part making our stay so wonderful. We have found a gem and we will definitely be back! Thank you.

The hotel is well located and the room has been updated. However it was Easter hols time and the balcony to the room adjoined the table tennis and pool table area. Crowds gathered and noise of ping pong all day and no privacy to sit on the balcony. I would suggest to the hotel that they move this games area so that it does not adjoin the ground floor balconies. I asked for another room but was told they had none available. This hotel is more suited to families than to couples who may wish for more peace and quiet.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was unprofessional and the cleanliness was unacceptable. Water in room from rain. Full of ants from the balcony. Old air conditioner- doesn't worked properly, impossible to sleep. My room was not cleaned daily, the towels were not changed each day, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The room is different than pictures, was red colour on the walls.

Avoid at all costs! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. My room was not properly cleaned, not cleaning stuff enough. To top it off, the old and dirty air conditioner made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. My room was not cleaned daily, leaving it in an unsanitary state for the duration of my stay. On top of that, the towels were not changed each day, which made the experience even more unpleasant, especially when you have a baby. Full of ants and water from the balcony. The room it was different than pictures. Staff friendly and the chefs from the restaurants very helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone—save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.
