Fusion Resort in Nha Trang is already famous for the high level of satisfaction from other guests! That's why most of the guests were Korean :) I've never met any Korean staff, so I don't think there are any, but I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. All staff spoke English well and customer service was excellent. We stayed at the Hideaway Pool Villa for 4 nights with an all-inclusive spa on our honeymoon, and we were so satisfied that we didn't want to come back. There are so many advantages to this place that I don’t know where to start..♥ It was a flight that arrived early in the morning, and it was only about a 10-minute drive from the airport to the resort, so my level of satisfaction increased from the first meeting!!! It's a bit far from downtown (about 35km), but there's a free hotel shuttle, and if the time is not right, the front desk and bellman can call a taxi. The cleanliness is excellent, but since it is in the middle of nature, there are a lot of bugs and geckos at night, so some people may not like them. I blame myself for not being able to speak English. Maybe the number of visiting Chinese people failed to attract the attention of the hotel, so there are almost no service staff who can speak Chinese in the entire resort. The most important thing is There is no Chinese event introduction, signage, or menu. I think it is not very difficult to translate and print some Chinese leaflets and menus. Due to some communication barriers, the receptionist did not introduce me to the so-called rich activities such as the farm, yoga class, electric shuttle bus, etc. in the resort.
