"The hotel is definitely Instagrammable. However, the room cleaning is poor, and the sea is often dirty due to trash being washed ashore by waves. It's very crowded, and you have to reserve sunbeds starting at 5 AM. Dinners and lunches are repetitive and seem more geared towards Asian tastes. Also, music from the neighboring hotel can be heard until 10 PM every day."

"Ana Mandara Cam Ranh – Overall a pleasant stay, but some areas need improvement What I liked: * 🌿 Green and peaceful: Lots of greenery and small trees. The overall atmosphere feels more like a peaceful Vietnamese village than a typical hotel/resort. * 🏖️ Easy beach access: The connection to the beach is convenient and not a lengthy walk. * 🌊 Sea-facing villas: The villas facing the sea are pretty nice and would be my preferred choice. * 🛏️ Spacious rooms: Rooms are generously sized and comfortable. * 🍜 Great Vietnamese breakfast: Breakfast has strong and authentic Vietnamese flavours with many local choices. * 😊 Generally helpful staff: Staff are helpful when you actually need assistance. What could be improved: * 🍳 Limited Western breakfast: Not many Western food options compared with the Vietnamese selection. * 🚽 Poor toilet privacy: The toilet is separated only by a very thin linen curtain, which does almost nothing to block toilet sounds. A proper door would be much better. * 🏊 Pool cleanliness: The main swimming pool was a little dusty, with quite a lot of sand at the bottom. * 🥵 Hot check-in area: The check-in/reception area does not have air conditioning, so it can feel quite hot in Cam Ranh weather. * 👋 Staff greetings: Staff rarely say “Hello,” “Good morning,” or “Thank you.” They are generally helpful, but the resort lacks some of the basic greeting and hospitality standards commonly found at international hotels. * 🏞️ Lagoon area: The lagoon section is quite far away and, personally, I didn’t find it particularly attractive. * 🏡 Village rather than resort vibe: This can be either positive or negative depending on your preference. If you expect a polished, luxurious international resort atmosphere, this place feels much more like staying in a landscaped Vietnamese village. Overall: A pleasant and relaxing property with good Vietnamese food, spacious rooms, lots of greenery and convenient beach access. I would recommend choosing a sea-facing villa. There are definitely some details that need improvement, particularly bathroom privacy, pool maintenance, reception comfort and staff greeting standards."

"It was a great stay at The Anam Hotel. The most beautiful territory is like a tropical garden. Magnificent lawn in front of the beach. Ecstasy for the eyes and for the soul. A gorgeous beach. The views are amazing. The room is very comfortable and spacious. A very comfortable bed, you sleep like on a cloud. There is silence and relaxation everywhere. A great place to reboot. Delicious breakfasts with a good selection of dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly and lovely hotel staff. You feel welcome here. The Guest Relations Manager Min was so kind and so caring to us. She even came to escort us to a taxi when we left the hotel. It was so touching. The Anam is definitely the place to return to."

"I liked the hotel grounds and the staff - everything was clean and tidy. You can find dishes you like, but overall the food and drinks are a 4 out of 5. What I didn't like was the condition of the rooms - they are objectively old. The lighting in the bedroom was either all on or all off (no night light, no reading light). The bathroom was terribly stuffy and hot, with no ventilation, and the same goes for the corridors and elevators."

"Cleanliness: our rooms were reasonably clean when we received them, and when we vacated them during the day, the staff took the liberty to come in, re-made the beds and re-supplied the amenities in the bathrooms. Location: hotel is located on the outskirts of Cam Ranh so it is near the airport and far from everything else. There are some restaurants within walking distance from the hotel but their qualities are quite meh (food doesn’t contain much seafood and prizes are only reasonable to foreigner. You would get much more quality seafood at the same prize if you go to Binh Hung Island - only 25km by car + 30-min by boat from the hotel, just look for the nearest seaport on Google map.) However, if you’re looking for a place to enjoy peace and quiet that does not require traveling far to get to stuff then this shouldn’t be a problem as the premise contains a little bit of everything from restaurants, pools, beach, leisure, work out centers, etc. You name it and they have it. Service: generally, the staff are friendly and helpful. We were all served tea the moment we entered the hotel and luggage was brought to our rooms for us. We booked 4 rooms that contain either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. When we check-in, they only have king-bed rooms available but when we asked to exchange for a room with 2 beds, the staff offered to talk to the manager and we got what we requested after a 30-min wait. The reason for the 4-star is that, personally, I get that they want to keep a professional demeanor but a few smiles here and there shouldn’t hurt anyone. But maybe that’s just me. Amenities: breakfast buffet was reasonably diverse. I particularly enjoyed their bread and fruit section. Everything else was pretty standard."

"This hotel totally rocks! The environment is great, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious too! If you're coming to Nha Trang, I highly recommend just chilling out at this hotel. Don't bother with the city center, it's not worth it!"

"I was a bit worried after seeing many negative reviews about things like poor water quality and a subpar menu. But boy, did we get our money's worth! Our two-night stay was perfect: Friday saw a bubble party and a late-night live club by the water park, and on Saturday, there was even a fire show at the beach bar. The crowd was predominantly Western, especially Russian families, which meant we could enjoy a wholesome, kid-friendly atmosphere even at night. Highly recommended!"

"This is my second time staying at Radisson Blu, and the experience was just as 'wow' as the first. The room was clean, smelled fresh, had a welcome amenity, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The room view was beautiful. The facilities here are also excellent. For me, the food was delicious, but a bit sweet and had limited options for the dinner buffet. Getting to the beach from my room was also very close, but if you prefer, you can still ask the reception staff to arrange an electric cart. There's also cycling available around the resort. I will definitely return next time, but to experience a villa."

"Staying in the main building offers panoramic views, while the villas, though equipped with their own pools and gazebos, don't have the same scenic outlook. The atmosphere is great, and the beach is beautiful. Dining at one of the à la carte restaurants cost our family of four around 2000+ NTD. There are many activities available, but most come with an additional charge. Only the pool activities and chocolate tasting are complimentary. The pools have several fun waterslides, and the shallow beach is also enjoyable."
