Beautiful hotel, enthusiastic staff. In particular, Cuong has convenient transportation. Delicious food. Unusual dishes. A bit expensive. The management and receptionist attitude is very bad and intentionally discriminates against people from Hanoi and requires 2 vaccinations to be allowed to stay. disregarding customers and going against the prime minister's request of 5K and restrictions on travel and movement.
