Bozena was an amazing breakfast host who went above and beyond. Jack sorted out the tequilas all night with a smile, the room was clean and comfortable, the spa facilities where an absolute added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff.

I attended my Son and Daughter in law's wedding at Frimley Hall hotel. I couldn't have been happier on how well the weekend went. From start to finish the staff were amazing and so helpful, nothing was too much for them. If you are thinking of booking this hotel for a wedding venue then I would highly recommend it. A huge Thankyou to all the staff for making it such a special weekend for us all. I would like to make a special mention and Thankyou to Constantin, Sian, Amelia and Ben, you were all brilliant and are huge credit to the Hotel.

We enjoyed a spa day at Frimley Hall in May 2024 and it was completely amazing. The location is lovely - old building surrounded by tall trees, completely peaceful grounds and lovely spacious rooms with luxurious furniture. The staff were amazing. We arrived at the end of breakfast service, but we said we’d like to eat, they prepared fresh eggs, checked there was plenty left in the buffet, made toast and brought us coffee. We went for our spa day; used the lovely relaxation room and had an expert, caring massage from Ti, which really destressed and unknotted the muscles. Spent most of the afternoon having swims, steam room and sauna sessions and dozing with our books by the pool; warm water, low lighting, including plenty of natural light and little touches like water flavoured with fresh fruit/cucumber was very welcome after the sauna. We ordered a meal for later and mentioned in passing that it was a birthday treat. When we arrived in the dining room, a table by the window was covered in glitter and there was champagne on ice. Lots of time and space to relax, everything was beautifully unhurried and calm but the staff were attentive and on-the-ball. Service throughout was exemplary, the lovely welcome from Bozena and the attention from the rest of the staff made the whole day a real treat. Highly recommended, and inexpensive, particularly for an all-day treat.

My partner booked a stay for my birthday with 2 spa treatments. There was an issue at checkin as our booking stated 2pm but the receptionist said it wouldn’t be ready till 4pm. So we went and got some lunch because we had 45 minutes before the first treatment. The receptionist then found us and said we could have the room now. We headed over to the spa and were told we had missed our first treatment because they had moved it to an earlier time but no one had told us. So we went for a swim waiting for the next treatment. When the time came I was stood in reception for quite a while whilst they dealt with other guests who also had their appointments changed and not been informed. Eventually I had my pedicure by a lovely young lady. We then went for dinner. The fire alarm went off which released the doors. Once the alarm was reset the doors continued to bang very loudly as people came in and out. It ruined our meal and we couldn’t wait to leave the restaurant. We had a lovely evening in the garden. We had requested breakfast in our room and my partner had organised flowers to come with the breakfast. We dutifully filled out our breakfast card and had ticked a time , hung it on the door which had been collected by the time we went to bed. In the morning we noticed the breakfast had not arrived by the time we requested. Reception stated we had not ticked a time, then said we hadn’t completed the card at all. Eventually they took our order over the phone. As it was nearly checkout time we said that we would be checking out late after breakfast. It was a delicious breakfast but the fresh fruit was missing. We really just wanted to leave so we checked out only to discover they had over charged us for the treatment. Alll in all it was very disorganised and I will not be going back.

We had the perfect wedding day at Frimley Hall Hotel. A huge thank you Sian who helped us so much with planning our wedding day. Constantin and James were incredible on the day, nothing was too much trouble, James kept my new husband so calm while waiting! Constantin kept everything running smoothly, we are so grateful to them both. The wedding breakfast meal was delicious, everybody enjoyed their food. We were extremely lucky with the weather, so got to spend time in the beautiful grounds, and have some wonderful photos to remember our day. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough to anyone getting married, the team are amazing!

We had the most wonderful wedding at Frimley Hall Hotel. From start to finish the day was just perfect!! Special thanks go to Sian the Wedding Coordinator who went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding day and to Constantine and Siva who on the day made sure everything ran smoothly. All the staff involved on the day worked incredibly hard to make sure our guests were happy. We had an amazing wedding breakfast meal and all our guests commented on how much they enjoyed their food, so our compliments to the chef. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and have given us some stunning photos to remember our day. All our guests who stayed at the hotel had clean and comfortable rooms and enjoyed a good selection at breakfast. Anyone getting married here will be extremely lucky. I wish we could have our day all over again as everyone involved at Frimley Hall really made our wedding dreams come true. Thank you!!

The white wine selection by the glass is is cheap and awful - house wine they call it. After 2 sips I asked if they could change this - he then wanted to charge me full price for another glass of something different - We were there to check out the venue for a christening event in October. For the price of one small glass of white wine they lost a large booking. Customer service was terrible as the bartender argued with me the whole time through the conversation
